Even if it's only a stop to inspect the men's room, I know I can count on KT to be clean and welcoming. Almost all Kwik Trip stores are laid out with a similar floor plan, there are a  few different floor plans depending on the footprint of the store and  when it was built. Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer  to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you  turn to approach the cash registers. This is a left hand store. When you go into the store,  you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners  want you to feel. This store is newer so it uses the newer floor plan. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods  are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a right at the  cooler. Lottery forms are back there, too, for processing at the  registers. The no-fee ATMs are to your right as you enter the store. Out on the gas island, you'll find Unleaded, Unleaded Plus, Unleaded Premium, E-85, and Diesel #2. The store and car wash is 24/7. Car Wash? Yes, it's across the street in a separate building. If you happen to drive an 18-wheeler, there is a separate truck fueling station. It's easy in and easy out with no silly roundabouts to come through. You'll find Diesel #2 and Premium Diesel. This is a nearly complete auto and truck plaza, the car wash is across the street. It's a complete convenience store with sandwiches, coffee and soft drinks and almost anything you could need in the coolers, freezers and food gondolas. Like all Kwik Trips, the bakery all comes from La Crosse and it's pretty good. It's everything you've come to expect in a Kwik Trip and a whole lot more.

If you are traveling east to west, you will undoubtedly find better options to the west in Oxford and to the East in Montello. Of course, people who just need to stop along the highway will still get scammed by this place.

It all started when the three year old child of my friends asked me about the "Chuck Store" Moi: "What is a 'Truck Store'?" Kid: "CHUCK, it is the bestest store ever in the whole world with candy!" Moi: "Do they have a toothbrush? He forgot to pack a toothbrush..." Kid: "Duh. They have EVERYTHING, and candy too." Indeed. Naturally, I had to see this marvel. And the kid tells no lies- this is part gas station, part old-timey general store, part hardware store, gardening center, liquor store, candy emporium and drugstore- that is a whole lotta hats, but the lady working the counter was clearly a pro able to direct me to candy and toothbrushes with ease. For the kid, a combo of monster truck toy car and lolly pop that took two days of effort to eat ($1.29, pictured with all it's awesome glory). That car is miraculously still intact. Have you played with a three year old? I'm surprised I am intact, kid is relentless and makes my hyperactive energy look tame. Awesome. For me to keep up, a Starbucks double shot chugged at light-speed and the priceless shot of Lady Monkeybutt- which I cannot believe is a real product and had me laughing hysterically as much as the three year old. I wanted to make a restroom stop before we got back on the road and KT was a clean and fairly quick stop (though I lucked out and hit it with only one person ahead of me). Bathrooms are just single stallers, but they're clean. The shop itself was well kept if a little tight - it's a small location in a small town. They've still got all your basics though including drink machines and a hot bar that was well stocked on the flea market morning. My BF grabbed a slice of pizza while he waited and deemed it up to par. Everyone was friendly and no one seemed to mind that half the people in the store were just there for the restrooms. If you're headed to the flea market or finishing up this is great spot to grab a cold beverage or a snack!
