I came here to visit a friend around 8pm on a Tuesday night and my car got towed sometime between then and 11:30pm when I walked outside to the car. I was parked in a visitors parking like I was told to do. The sign had a number and said "Reserved. Towing enforced," with "Visitors" painted on the ground. Im was just confused as to why I got towed. Now I have to pay $300 to get my car out of Austin Towing Company. I posted the pics so you could see what I am talking about. The signs are misguiding. Does this mean the parking spot is reserved for visitors? I asked my friend I I was supposed to have a parking pass showing and he said no. And to top it all off there was no other car parked in that spot after my car was towed so the spot must have not been needed or reserved for any specific time. I'm guessing it wasn't reserved for anyone. If the parking spot was reserved then I think the proper signage should have been used. Instead of just saying "Reserved. Towing Enforced," it should have said "Reserved for Resident. Towing enforced." That was the visitors know that it is not reserved for visitors, but reserved for residents only. The place also does not have parking passes for the residents either so that also makes me wonder if someone just decided to call to tow my car just to do it. Why would they do that and not park there? I called Austin Towing Company and they said I was towed for "Illegal Parking." So now who is at fault for illegal signage? Because a piece of paper in a plastic sleeve, with handwritten information and no phone number listed for any towing company, does not seem official to me. I emailed Micah, the HOA Manager about the issue and he emailed me back pictures of all 32 towing enforced signs throughout the community. (Pictures posted). Wow, instead of emailing me back with an explanation or any sense of sympathy for my issues, he just decided to be inconsiderate. Is this who you want in charge I your HOA? I emailed telling him that I have been parking in this visitors parking spot for the past 4 years and have never had any issues. They do not require a visitors parking pass. I was visiting with 3 other people and they parked their cars right next to mine and only mine got towed. I also asked if they sent out a notification to all residents telling them that their visitors had to have a permit? Because like I said. I have been parking in the same visitors parking for 4 years. His reply was "These notices are for all unauthorized vehicles." What poor management.

Do not be fooled they do not care about their residents and visitors. Beware of janky illegal towing signs posted in known visitor parking spots. They will tow your car within an hour.

From our condo! This place is a hidden jewel to live at and to build friendships.

I had a business meeting here early Friday afternoon. The person that gave me the appointment…read moreinformation, not associated with the condo, failed to give me proper instruction other than "park in garage and check in with concierge for access to 5th floor conference room". Sounds easy enough right? The condo is located on the corner of 3rd & Bowie and has a garage that is shared by multiple businesses. Once I was in the garage I followed signs for "parking for local shops". Some of that area was posted as no parking until after 6pm. I parked on the ramp leading to the 3rd level which was parking for the gym. No tow signs. I checked in with concierge and was informed I parked in a tow zone. TJ was the concierge and I just want to give him a quick shout out for his professionalism and kind manner. Where I parked was strictly for the shops and is monitored, so, if you're doing business or visiting at the condo you need to see TJ, or whoever is working, for a parking pass. The condos parking is on L4 which is a bit tricky to find as there isn't but one sign that is easy to miss. As you leave L3 heading up look to the right. Where you'd expect a wall are 2 white metal gates. It's a narrow turn and I had to do a 2 pointer in my truck. Once at the gate call the number on the sign so concierge can buzz you in. Proceed to your spot. I was assigned L4-57. Once I pulled onto L4 the spots in front of me were in the 50's and stopped at 55. I drove around the 50's to the left only to realize the numbers had pretty much doubled. It took me several passes to find my spot. It was along the wall to the left of 55 back in the corner to the right. So go around the corner of 55 and go str8 back its on the left. Whew! All in all figuring out the parking was frustrating and even though I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment I ended up being 10 minutes late!! So once I was legally parked I went back to the office and TJ had to badge me into the elevator and authorize 5th floor which is where the conference room was. Tight security for sure.
