Watching how everyone works together and fills in the gaps for their teammates, you are guaranteed to be in good company and great care. My PT is Kellie and she is a real gem. She is the definition of the best!!! She took her time to explain what we were doing, why we are doing it and the desired outcomes of each. She is patient and kind and makes every effort to make sure you are good, before, during and after you PT. The exercises she has me doing at home are realistic and do not require anything fancy. The facility stays busy and is always clean. Each table is sanitized as soon as the patient is finished, which is a plus! If you are unable to come during normal business hours, they also have a location in the lower level of the building that stays open a little later that then location upstairs. VPT does accept insurance as well so it is worth the task to see if they take your insurance, The front desk staff is great as well. They quickly, yet efficiently get you checked in and lined up for your therapy session. The village is in full force here at VPT!

I met with Dr. Brian Lee and I was extremely pleased that he took the time to listen to me and understand my chronic pain. I loved that he didn't just jump to having needles being stuck into my spine but rather focused on less invasive methods before doing that. Wow, I'm just looking to see if I can sign up as a new patient. There is NO way I would go here now. Absolutely no way. The lack of comms and poor set up does not bode well at all.
