Before even getting the…read morechance to be seen by a provider, the front desk staff seemed more focused on figuring out reasons to turn patients away instead of helping them get care. The front desk ladies were asking questions and making it feel like they were trying to diagnose the issue themselves, only to suggest going somewhere else or provide excuses as to why you shouldn't be seen there. Medical concerns should be handled by the actual medical staff, not decided before you even make it past check-in. On top of that, I was told there was apparently a "4 hour wait," which felt more like a way to discourage people from staying rather than trying to assist patients. I understand urgent cares get busy, but communication, professionalism, and showing concern for patients goes a long way. People come to urgent care because they need help, not to feel like an inconvenience the second they walk through the door. Very disappointing experience and I hope management addresses how patients are treated at the front desk.

Watching how everyone works together and fills in the gaps for their teammates, you are guaranteed to be in good company and great care. My PT is Kellie and she is a real gem. She is the definition of the best!!! She took her time to explain what we were doing, why we are doing it and the desired outcomes of each. She is patient and kind and makes every effort to make sure you are good, before, during and after you PT. The exercises she has me doing at home are realistic and do not require anything fancy. The facility stays busy and is always clean. Each table is sanitized as soon as the patient is finished, which is a plus! If you are unable to come during normal business hours, they also have a location in the lower level of the building that stays open a little later that then location upstairs. VPT does accept insurance as well so it is worth the task to see if they take your insurance, The front desk staff is great as well. They quickly, yet efficiently get you checked in and lined up for your therapy session. The village is in full force here at VPT!

My first time visiting this practice was three years ago and I was VERY impressed. The receptionist…read morethat checked me in was very friendly and happily answered my questions. I met with Dr. Brian Lee and I was extremely pleased that he took the time to listen to me and understand my chronic pain. I loved that he didn't just jump to having needles being stuck into my spine but rather focused on less invasive methods before doing that. He took the time to explain any possible future procedures and gave me literature to read up on so that I would be fully informed. Overall, I am SO happy that I found this practice to help relieve my chronic pain.
