    Smokehouse wrap and poutine
    Christina C.

We got here around 5 on a Saturday evening. Basically my husband thought it looked like a Chili's-type of restaurant where we had options rather than strictly one type of food. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by what we found. (Especially after reading some of the reviews on here!) We were seated quickly, our drinks were brought out in a timely manner, and I'm glad we didn't order any appetizers because the entrees were served much faster than I expected. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and my husband got a smokehouse wrap with poutine. I'd never had poutine before and this place knocked it out of the park. Our server was friendly and everything was accurate. She checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good but otherwise left us to enjoy our meal. Would 100% recommend this location and if we get an opportunity, we will be back.

    Honkin Beef

They have opened indoor and patio seating. We have noticed cleaning/sanitizing efforts as well. There is a wonderful view of the river from patio. We enjoyed our dinner with a lovely view of sunset. We ordered Kapow Shrimp and Honkin Beef. Quality and taste was about average, 3.5 stars. The service is a bit slow, but not that bad. Lights at the patio were pretty dim, also insects and mosquitoes bugged a lot to enjoy the nice ambience.

This is a 7oz with fries and "loaded baked potato"

Where to start....due to COVID the wife and I haven't gone out much .. lemme just say I'm not in a rush to go anywhere again... Montana's pfft...I'm about to leave this place hungry...the food was lower than standard. My dog might eat it but she will eat her own poo.... The baked potatoes had barely anything in them to call them loaded as you can see in the pic .. the steak I ordered was perfect so that's the one star review perfect medium. But the fries were so over cooked that the insides were air and hard as rocks ... The tater was heated in a microwave ... This bill came to 73 bucks and well not worth 30... Everything was cold except the lava beans that come with the steak....not lava but it was pretty hot heat wise I used it to dip my fries so they could at least be hot.... Let me just say save your money! Don't bother! Goto the one in Sudbury it's amazing ... I will say our server was super cool she told us about the CAA discount and the scene card thing .. very cool!

Stopped in late March for something to eat after a day at the Locks. It appeared relatively empty…read morebut it's a good sized place so it's a bit deceiving to see how many people are there. The lighting is good and the overall atmosphere was chill. Music played in the background and didn't interfere with conversation. 20 beers on tap. A huge bar. A pool table. All kinds of fun to be had! So, let's talk food. A simple front and back menu loaded with goodies. Two different Rueben appetizers speak to the passion of an Irish Pub. It's in the Sault, however, and the fish is the real steal of the show. I judge that everything on this menu is made with care and comes out delicious. The perch are deep fried, light and tender. Their "famous" questo tastes a lot like grandma's rotel and is absolutely delicious. Beers, Bloody Mary's, Fish, Irish fare, burgers, quality service, and plenty of seating make this place a worthy stop for nearly every audience. Come on in and you won't be disappointed. (the prices are too low to mention, imo)

Things were very clean and orderly - even the restrooms. The booths were spacious comfortable. The menu is fairly large and prices are decent. The team here is very friendly and hustles. There was not enough waitress scheduled to handle the post locks crowd. They were spread very thin. The food coming out of the kitchen was very slow as well. We were seated by the window where the food comes out. I was shocked at how long many items sat waiting on a waitress and that there was no heat lamp to help keep food warm. Our sweet potato fries came out cold. The fried pickles were okay. The dill chip was moderately thick with a heavy breading. The chip was touch and couldn't be bit into. The breading was nice and firm and a bit oily. The Cole slaw was pretty good - finely cut cabbage pieces with a thin mayo-vinegar taste. The onion rings were also good. Some rings had a thicker piece of onion. The batter was thick and a bit greasy. The garlic Parmesan wings were okay. The basket consisted of 8 small wings. The wings were battered and fried. The insides were a solid white and fairly moist. The batter was bit crunchy which was nice. The garlic Parmesan sauce didn't really have much garlic or Parmesan taste. It seemed to be a heavy buttery flavor with maybe some seasoning.
