I have talked to several of my neighbors and we all were charged on the average of $. 50 cents a gallon more than local competitors. They said in the beginning that they would notify us of when the prices were low, then when you call them they say they don't offer that service any longer. STAY AWAY! My price last year from them was $ 2.69 gallon, that's when enough was enough, switched and got our propane for $ 1.29 per gallon. You do the math oh yeah they will also charge more for tank rental and a hidden charge for picking up their tanks when you get smart.

Then the Townsend guys, who's customer service is HORRIBLE and never showed up when they were supposed to. When Northern Energy became under Amerigas, I switched as soon as I could and couldn't be happier. Awesome customer service and always tell me the best deal available for me. Ruined some things. Tried to make a insurance claim, well they only cover wrecks, not trailers that leak. So pretty much waisted insurance policy. Would not recommend this place, as it was difficult to get return calls past the initial, then horrible insurance.

They have to take a break in operations to count their till because they can't operate like every other store in the world. I was starting to buy my gasoline from here because the gas station I usually went to quit selling premium gas without ethanol in it. I will now not buy my gas from this store either. Owners need to realize that customers will not accept being treated badly by clerks.
