I was told they were. I had everything in place for our move. Once again I contacted them through both text and voice mail to be sure we were on the same page as far as date and time for our move. Agani I asked If the would send me their proof of license and insurance. I gave them my email address to send to. I never heard back from them again. On the day of our move they never showed up. They left me scrambling to find help. Thanks god for family and friends. There are stars low enough to rate them. That's what i think of beast mode.

They were white glove with great attitudes the entire time. It's really hard to convey the superb level of professionalism and care that they used when moving in furniture, constantly moving it to get things line up, assembling beds, moving pieces of art, removing furniture, etc, etc etc. I would recommend Beast Mode without reservation for anyone who wants a tight-knit team that works well together, has a great work ethic, and gets it done flawlessly.

I had two days to find backup movers since I needed to be out of my rental before the end of the month. I called three times and text twice with no answer and no one cared to call me and say anything. This is horrible business practice and extremely unprofessional. The scheduled the first delivery for 12/15 without contacting me to verify if I was able to accept the delivery. I through HUB as Let's get moving would not answer my calls or call back, I ask if they can send a message to Let's get moving to see if they can deliver on 12/18 or 12/19. I was told they would call me to schedule the delivery. I did not receive a phone call, when I called HUB the automated gave me a delivery date of 12/22 between 3pm-5pm. I had a doctors appt in the morning so I thought the time was good. On the morning of 12/22 I decide to call HUB just to verify the delivery time and the time had changed to 10am - 12 noon, again with no phone call or text even. Cancelled my appointment waited for the delivery, they did not show up until 12:30 and they did not even have my entire order. They show up with just the box spring because they could not find the mattress in their warehouse, I told the delivery person that I would not accept just the box spring. He asked if I could sign the paperwork and I said I would not. I called this company a total of 10 times @ the following numbers given to me by HUB group: 406-490-5521, 406-409-2101 & 406-565-2555. You would think they would return 1 of my calls. The worst service ever.

Their worst service was packing; they were very disorganized; most of the boxes were labeled, but there were different things in the boxes than what was listed. They did not always come on time, but did call. They quoted a price, but then raised it near the end. It took about 5 days (if I remember correctly). Every night, I took them to Montana Ale for dinner which was always late, because they would work so long. I would hire them again but supervise their packing. I have some very expensive furniture (for me expensive) like loveseats 5k+. I do not think they realized that some of these pieces were very valuable. I gave them a LazyBoy reclining loveseat and they removed it promptly. They purchased all the boxes so many of them were large and extra large which they handled very easily but were hard for me to move when I was done moving. All in all, I would definitely use them again.

The negatives were that they showed up 1.5 hours late and what should have been a 5.5 hour drive took them at least 10 hours. I got conflicting stories as to why it took them so long. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".

The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.
