Whats up people, its the Harv... Todays topic is not food but another service that has room for improving! The car wash... This car wash use to be great when they first opened however all good things sometime come to an end! My complaints after using Monster is - 1. Car Wash doesn't clean your car well; still spots that wasn't touched on the body of vehicle. 2. Tire dressing only coated one side of my vehicle; I was like seriously! 3. The carwash is an eye sore while you going through it; Need some housekeeping... Im a firm believer in no curb appeal = your service probably questionable... It was.... LOL!!! 4. The vacuums fall apart while using; the whole head of it came off while I was using it - seriously! I was done!!! Car came out looking great considering it hasn't been washed in months til today. Had an issue with vacuum not working too well. Just didn't have any power to it and was basically spitting back out the dirt. Ended up coming home to use the shop vac. read more

Terrible. This is the second time I've been here and this will be my last. My car comes out looking terrible. It's still soaking wet and dirty as can be, especially on the front and rear, because the minimum wage employee's (that don't care) hardly spit on the front and back, prior to wash. WAY too many good car washes in town. Get better or go out of business. It's that simple. There's a reason there's never been a line at your place.... read more

I like this car wash the best in town... I like how quick I can get in and out. I like that the employees take the extra time and attention to prewash your vehicle before you enter. read more

Have a gift card, it would not read. I pressed the help to get an attendant outside, they were too busy talking to each other to notice that I pressed the help key. I had to back all the way out and go around. Poor service. Car wash lot was full of trash. read more

Gave one star because I had to. When my mom and I first pulled up we wondered why the person in front of us was having so much trouble at the pay station. Once we were there we realized it was because it wasn't working properly. After trying the card 3 times with "no read" success, we paid with cash and were through. We get up to the part where you line up your wheel and the children employed here had to finish their conversation before they could direct us. The director then proceeded to use the least amount of effort possible to help us line up our wheel. We put the car in neutral once we were in and waited to be pulled in. When it pulled us in we were going so fast we got worried. Also, none of the brushes were spinning and no water or soap was spraying. We also had to put on our brakes to keep from hitting the car in front of us. Then we were stuck. The child that directed us in then walked up and said "You were in drive the whole time. That's why it didn't work." Um no we were not. We put it in drive once we became stuck so we could pull out because the next car was quick approaching. He then AGAIN accused us of being in drive and at that point we were done. My mom was driving and she asked if we could go through again and he said "If you do it right then yeah." I have NEVER had such an awful experience at a public establishment and I will be calling corporate. read more

We go here once a month to get our cars washed. Good price and the car wash does a good job. It is one of those long ones were you sit in the car. Kind of makes me feel claustrophobic but it goes through pretty quick. read more

Just had a very unaffable experience at Monster X-press car wash on S Church St, payed my $6 to wash car arm came up, moved forward attendant motion to roll window down and wanted to see my recipe, I told him it did not give me one and that I did pay $6, He went inside for like 5min while I sat waiting, came back out and told me computers where down and I would have to came in the afternoon, I told him I would be out of town by then, and could he let me go though, No he said, I told him I wanted a refund, I opened my door started to get out, He slamed my car door on my leg and told me he would punch me and did not have to listen to this, I backed out of wash and left, Called my bank they did show a $6 charge to Monster from minutes before and are reverencing that transaction, unfortunately there was no other people right there when this was taking place To witness all this, I have been a regular customer at this location for years now and will not be back again ever. you are not the only car wash in town. read more

Please use caution at this car wash. I went there in my 2016 maxima and the car wash broke my front grill. Ive made calls to the car wash and cant even get a call back. I will never return. read more

Monster does a great job. The hand wash the front and back bumpers. They place is always clean and my car comes out sparkling

Been a customer of here for years , avg once a week for past 5 years . Friday I stopped by like I always do but things have changed . I was not allowed after paying to go through car wash . I was told my tires were to big . I was asked to pull out of line and they would give me a refund . After a 40 min wait still no refund . Best they could do was offer my a gift card for a car wash they wont let me use plus I live 30 mins away and was told I would have to come back the next day to get gift card ....... I cant make this stuff up !!! Never been so mad and treated so poorly . Hope you put that 12 dollars you took for me to good use . read more
