I arrived around 10am, super friendly check in service and was quoted 5-6 hours to come back. My item ended up being ready in 2.5 hours, but mostly what I appreciated was the text message responses. I received a text message when I dropped my item off, with the ticket number and expected pick up time, and I received a text message when my item was ready with the ticket number. As someone who gets an obnoxious amount of spam calls, to the point I don't answer unknown numbers, I greatly appreciated the text messages about my item.

It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. I'm not complaining, I'm just happy to find a clean laundromat with all of the machines working.

The "small" washers, which are still pretty darn big are $4, their medium machine, which is very large is $7, thier large machine is $9 (big enough for a quilt and other stuff), their monster super giant is 14.50. That machine is literally big enough to put a human in or like 5 fluffy quilts and a bunch of other stuff. Their dryers take quarters, so you get to decide how much time you want to assign. Different machines have different values depending on their size and heat. Recently they got some new machines and they are super large and super hot so they are 3 min for a quarter, but they dry really fast. Others are like 5 or 7 mins for a quarter.
