We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work completed by MCI. In addition to having to replace all of our windows and sliders, we needed a knee-wall totally rebuilt. Because MCI is also a licensed construction company, they were able to complete all aspects of this complicated project. It was a pleasure working with all personnel (sales, office reps, installers, construction). We were in constant contact with them as the work progressed. Our salesman, Randy, offered several options for our windows with no pressure to proceed in any particular way. He was involved with the project from day one until it was completed. When we were concerned about a possible construction issue, MCI's owner came to our place to help plan the job and answered all questions along the way. All work was done professionally and meticulously. They took care to protect all furniture from dirt/dust and cleaned up everything daily. MCI offers outstanding workmanship along with a high quality product. We highly recommend them. read more

2/26/19 UPDATE: after 4 months the defective window has been replaced. I am now a satisfied customer, it's too bad it took so long to get this corrected. The owner of the business (Roger) did reach out to me, and once Roger was involved everything seemed to go smoothly. A big thanks to Roger. I had originally given MCI windows five stars and I need to take those back and here's why, the windows have defects which we couldn't see until they were cleaned, If you decide to use MCI don't do final payment until after your windows are cleaned. read more

MCI Impact Windows and Doors was the Right selection!! Marty was our project manager. He was super knowledgeable and really on top of things from the moment the appointment was scheduled. I almost chose the wrong company over a couple of bucks. I was looking at two completely different estimates!! My husband and I had no idea. Marty was patient with us and showed us everything. Why his team was the right choice. Also why the cost was higher and worth it. I would have still needed shutters if I went with the other guys!!!! Thank Goddness. Thank Marty and Roger and the whole team over at MCI! read more

I hired MCI to install hurricane impact windows and doors before the hurricane season. They were ordered in Jan 2021. They didn't start working on my home until Sept 2021!!! That's EIGHT MONTHS! Luckily we had no hurricanes! They took on way too many jobs and did not have the windows or doors or enough installers! We got constant excuses. When they FINALLY showed up they only had half of our windows and doors! So they could not even complete our job after waiting 8 months! More excuses. The installers were sub contractors who did a horrible job! They had to come out several times to fix all their mistakes. They NEVER covered my windows or patio doors with plastic so my home was filled with dust and all the outside elements which is now affecting my health. My dog also now has allergies. Dust mites from all the dust they let into my place! Since my place was built in 1974 it is highly likely that the windows are lead based and the installers must test for lead prior to working on it and take extra care to protect your home and health. I had to bring in a cleaning lady and had to pay to have all my rugs cleaned. The air conditioning ducts are clogged. I had to wash all my blankets and sheets too! All of this I paid out of my own money because the installers did not follow protocol of making sure your home is protected from all the dust and dirt and possible lead paint. They destroyed my entire condo! My rugs are still filled with dust and my couches and bed. They left my windows open without any plastic for hours while installing them. My condo patio door was not installed properly and caused a flood in the condo below my condo! They had to redo the entire door! I got a notice from my condo association manager that this needs to be taken care of and that we are responsible. We had the owner of MCI come out to inspect their work. My condo assoc director who is in the construction business knew more about what was done wrong than the owner! Not happy at all! Will never recommend this co to anyone! Find a reputable company that takes pride in their work where you don't have to wait almost a year for them to complete your home. Make sure the company you pick use installers that protect your home by putting up heavy duty sealed plastic at your windows and doors! They are also supposed to cover your AC vents. They did NOT! They are STILL not done yet either! We have to now wait for the city inspectors to come out then all the windows needs to be cleaned! The inspectors finally came to inspect the windows and it failed! Many issues were found including the size of the nails used! Also make sure your company has a certified lead based installer if your place was built prior to 1974 because of the lead that will mostly likely be in your windows and doors so that they take extra precautions to make your home environmentally safe. Not happy!!! Just found out another error in the installation! My front window is NOT THE RIGHT SIZE! OMG. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This owner Roger needs to be sued and put out of business! Worst company who only cares about money. Did not protect my home, health and now my windows aren't even the right size! Time to report them to the EPA and the BBB! read more

After weeks of stressing before having impact windows installed the day finally came & all the stress went away. The installers Johnny & Sandro were on time with an immaculate truck which told me a lot from the get go. They secured the house with plastic like I never saw before. Once the 1st window was out my stress level disappeared. They were 2 guys who knew exactly what they were doing. They worked methodically together & did a fabulous job. I love my new windows & would recommend MCI & their crew always. The windows I chose are a great quality and it shows. Don't get stressed....call MCI. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! read more

I had my windows put in about April 2020. I noticed a few things that just didn't seem right. then we had cool weather I called and said I had minor drafts at a few windows. Roger sent me an e-mail saying I passed inspection everything was to code. I told him I still had cool air coming in which means during the summer warm air. He said must be the windows but has never had a complaint. He sent a guy out and resealed the windows. I walked around and there was one window with weather stripping hanging out. I called him again he said again everything was up to code. I called in two other window repair they said they did what they could do. Still have drafts Looks as if I am going to replace the windows..... read more

I used MCI impact windows and doors and thought their service and contract work was stellar to all others. He added an addition to my house and It was done professionally in a timely manner. His crew was clean, efficient and very polite. I recently ordered two doors from him and they were installed within a week. I have been working with the owner Roger for over 10 years and his service and attentiveness I give 10 stars. I would recommend this company over others for reasonable pricing, honesty, and very diligent, kind and respectful workers. read more

Unprofessional and uncaring. I had to keep calling about the windows because there was such a delay in their getting my order. They made zero attempts at keeping me updated. Finally, when it arrived, they did the work carelessly. They left a hole on my window frame. They also dumped their waste on my front yard and killed my newly redone grass. I contacted about it and they requested proof, I sent it, and they stopped responding. Would never use again. Disappointing experience. read more

Please beware!!! MCI never finished this job and damaged my wood floors beyond repair. In the beginning Roger was okay but as the job went on corners were cut. When I would raise questions or voice my concerns I was basically sent to voicemail. Bob his sales associate was much more kind and helpful. However, even Bob no longer works for this company which says a lot. Roger and Bob made many promises such as trim work and it being painted would be included. However, when the day came they refused. Thankfully I kept the texts. After months of waiting on the windows and doors when the job still wasn't complete Roger sent me my balance. That is when i told the owner to send his crew to finish and I would be happy to. He then said no you must pay in full now or i will blackmail you with a lien on your home. When I sent him these pics he said it looked fine. Unbelievable! He did in fact put a lien on my home which i have now hired a lawyer to take legal action against this awful company. Water leaks through several of the windows and they caused thousands in damages to my floors and car. I would avoid at all costs. Please also look at the other reviews from the other locations they serve in my photos. When every client has an issue it is obvious the problem is MCI. read more

Very enthusiastic to change the look of our exterior doors in the front entrance.ordered andcpaid 50% deposit. Doors and entrance construction was started 6/24/19. Numerous calls, meetings with salesman as of today unable to complete finishing exterior. Doors were installed with lock behind handle that is not able to lock and unlock. Threshold installed wrong color. Doors are gray , threshold installed is brown. Company promised to resolve these issues. Do not have trust at this point. They have received their monies as requested ..bal is only 10%. At this point I feel they are not striving to finally fix the problem with these doors. Doors not inspected cannot clean up front exterior until doors are fixed or replaced. read more

Six month delay with me having to call for follow up. Workers did I just OK job that took even longer than the normal delays with construction and left my house a devastated mess that with daily cleaning I am still covered in dust and damaged baseboards, damaged window treatments and moving furniture back myself. We met Stan (their salesman) at the Palm Beach Home Show. He's a genuinely nice fellow with good impact window and door knowledge. Within a few days he checked our house for a complete window and door replacement offering suggestions and gave us an estimate. We talked to 4 other company's and I have to say I've never expected such high pressure to sign on the dotted line from these other guys, it was a real dog and pony show when they came out to our house! Not with Stan, he was to the point and very professional, and NO BS! He came out two times and we went to their store in Boynton Beach before we made our decision. As for the company; they are very good to work with, the owners are great! Everything was done professionally, the workers worked well together, polite and cleaned up their mess each day. Our house was not the easiest house to do, a masonry building, many windows large sliding glass doors and everything had to be custom made. We are completely happy with our new impact windows and doors, they look good and make a huge difference! Bottom Line: We highly recommend MCI ! read more

Call Stan! Responsive, thorough and great prices. Made it easy to decide to use this company. Local company close to Leisureville.

The absolute WORST in customer service. If you are lucky enough to get anyone on the phone they always have to call you back and they never do. The only call back I got was when I wanted to set up an appointment with a salesman. My entry door is still not hung right and I cannot get anyone to return my calls. read more

After much intense research with many companies that offer hurricane impact window and doors, I decided that MCI Impact Window an Doors was the company that earned my business. From start to finish MCI Impact Windows and Door have been an amazing company to do business with! Bob, the sales rep, advised me of what my best options were to get my entire home done keeping in mind my budget and the amount of money I had to work with. I was given many options and was educated as to the type of products offered. He was extremely patient and answered my numerous questions with great knowledge and expertise and did not try to oversell me on anything. Most importantly they paid attention to the fine details and communicated with me every step of the way. The install team were on time, very knowledgeable about the product and very efficient, not to mention immaculate in their workmanship which you don't get with a lot of contractors these days. Once completed, the crew made sure that my entire home was left in perfect condition. I have had contact with everyone from the owner to installers and never felt rushed or overcharged as they are very competitive in their market. I will continue to highly recommend MCI Impact Windows and Doors for all your home window and door upgrades and hurricane protection! read more
