Waitttttttt. Because I'm saddened by all of the negative reviews! I recently moved to the area and…read moreneeded a new car wash membership and debated on all of my options within a 5 mile radius - and something just drew me into this location. I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return. My car is gleaming, I'll share photos soon! But yes, visit! Form your ow opinion. Xoxo.

What a complete joke (scam?) of a car wash!…read more Paid for the most expensive wash. The photos are right after the one-mile drive home and are really all that are needed to explain and justify my one-star review. Looks worse coming out than it did going in! Usually when you get "the best" wash at a place, it's visually obvious what you're getting; it almost felt as if every car going thru this very short car wash was getting the exact same worthless wash. Then I GUESS the way they (attempt to?) give you the air freshener and dash wipes (THAT YOU PAID EXTRA FOR!!!) is the guy spraying your car right before you head into the wash barely waves something at you as he's spraying soapy water at your windows. Even if you realize what it was (I didn't until it was too late) you're expected to open your window?? It's as if the dude gets compensated for all those that he DOESN'T give away, because he had little desire to make it obvious. About the vacuums: I had to try three different ones to find one that had even the least bit of suction. Which was just that: THE LEAST BIT!!! It also appears as if non-paying customers can just drive up and use the vacuums for free which not only explains why so many were already taken but I'm sure contributed to the only open ones being worthless. Too bad Yelp doesn't have ZERO stars. What a waste of $23.

I honestly can't understand the 5-star reviews this place was a frustrating experience. It was only…read more$9 bucks but I would rather have gone somewhere else for that price. 1. Confusing process: The drive-in car wash requires you to pay at a cashier around the corner from the entrance with a gate. I've never seen a setup like this it seems like a waste of real estate which could be more parking for the store next store or maybe WORKING vacuums. Usually payment is quick and convenient at the entrance, either via a booth attendant or a handheld POS brought to your vehicle. This setup felt unnecessarily complicated. Poor business plan. 2. Poor washing quality: The pre scrub attendant barely did anything, the brush barely touched my truck, and even after going through the wash I still had to wipe bird droppings off my windows myself. Bugs on the grille were untouched, which I understand takes more effort, but overall the wash felt rushed and incomplete. 3. Broken vacuum equipment: I tried four different vacuum stations. The first had a broken hose attachment, the second had no power on one side, and the same issues repeated at other booths. I had to hop around multiple times before I could finally vacuum my car properly. It's clear the equipment is poorly maintained, and the staff isn't doing enough to keep the service functional. Overall, this felt like lazy management and bad business. I'm genuinely skeptical of the glowing reviews, they don't reflect my experience at all.

Really enjoyed this car wash!…read more They have a beautiful place. I come here on a Wednesday afternoon. Drove through the car wash for the outside clean, paid $40 for an outside and inside clean! I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. I'll definitely be back!

In order to get…read morefeedback help from others on how to get a resolution, to warn others, and to hopefully put a stop to the criminal activity from this business. I found online that the business goes under two names. Super B Carwash Inc. and Super Carwash . Located at 317 W Princeton Dr, Princeton Tx . I used this self service car wash on 7-26-2024 to wash my small Nissan Versa. I wanted to save some money so I chose not to pay $16.00 at the drive thru wash. My mistake! I used my debit card to pay for service. When I checked my bank account, I discovered that they charged my account $41.25 . So I looked up their phone number online only to get a non working number recording. I then started looking at reviews for this business to see that many others have also been robbed of their money when using a debit card. It got worse when I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They informed me that they couldn't help me because I don't have a receipt. I spoke to a Princeton Police officer who told me that they were unable to do anything at this time. Because it doesn't really fall under the terms/guidelines as theft. So bottom line is that this so called business is getting rich by stealing money from customers who don't have a way to get a refund or stop this from happening to others. The officer did advise that if enough complaints come in regarding the issue that something may be done about it. So if you have been robbed by this company please make a report and continue posting bad reviews about Super B Carwash. Thanks for listening.

Once again, I was charged $25.00 to wash my car. No way I used this much time. I can't afford to use "tap to pay" at $25 a pop. Quarters are too inconvenient. Owner, if you read this, what do you suggest? And, how do I get a refund on the overcharge?

Cougar isn't glamorous and they have basically zero customer support but because they manage to…read morekeep everything running and they keep the place clean, they win the 'best self service car wash business' competition in the Frisco, Colony, Little Elm area. Basically, every other self service car wash business within 10 miles is utterly horrible and Cougar, while not glamorous, gets the job done so 'In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.' If you need someone to talk to about your car wash experience at Cougar, you should probably get your car washed elsewhere because Cougar tends to have various anonymous people 'running' the facility, most of whom are never there and who also provide no means for contacting them. If you wash your car at least once a week, install the Coinless app and you'll be automatically be charged $25 / month which nearly always covers the time required to wash your car so it is worth it because you are basically paying a little over $6.00 per car wash. ($25/4 = $6.25). If you don't wash your car that often (let's say once or twice a month), then of course your cost per car wash goes up ($25.00/#washes per month) is $25 per wash if you only wash your car once a month. Since I have recently scaled back the number of times that I wash my car per month, I elected to delete my account from within the Coinless app, which, as far as I can tell, is the only possible way to keep them from charging me another $25 on the 23rd of this month. Similar to the Cougar Car wash, it is extremely difficult to actually find someone to talk to at the 'Coinless' company so I'll be watching my bank account for any future charges to my bank account after I delete my Coinless account via the Coinless app. Moving forward I'll just use quarters to pay for my car washes at Cougar.
