They seem very nice and will clean a spot you point out again but only that one, they can't look and see. Our car is new so it not ground in dirt and no kids in the car. We even pay extra $10 more dollars today if we see something we know is sticky on the outside. And we tip the 40% because they are out in the sun and young but they must have no leadership or training. Their manager sure didn't appear to care about our service or patronage.

I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. When he brought it to the manager's attention, he was told they were not responsible for any damage. After the conversation, both of our memberships were deactivated. Today I found out that even though our memberships were deactivated, we were still being charged $71.96 a month. I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed this car wash, but I wanted to share our experience as a heads up, especially for anyone with a TRX, Ford Raptor, or other larger vehicle.

I found online that the business goes under two names. Super B Carwash Inc. and Super Carwash . Located at 317 W Princeton Dr, Princeton Tx . I used this self service car wash on 7-26-2024 to wash my small Nissan Versa. I wanted to save some money so I chose not to pay $16.00 at the drive thru wash. My mistake! I used my debit card to pay for service. When I checked my bank account, I discovered that they charged my account $41.25 . So I looked up their phone number online only to get a non working number recording. I then started looking at reviews for this business to see that many others have also been robbed of their money when using a debit card. It got worse when I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They informed me that they couldn't help me because I don't have a receipt. I spoke to a Princeton Police officer who told me that they were unable to do anything at this time. Because it doesn't really fall under the terms/guidelines as theft. So bottom line is that this so called business is getting rich by stealing money from customers who don't have a way to get a refund or stop this from happening to others. The officer did advise that if enough complaints come in regarding the issue that something may be done about it.
