The dream and foundation of Monroy & Co. PA was born in the heart of a man, as a result of his nonconformity upon the work philosophy that surrounded him, which he found was very common in the accounting world. The distance and lack of interest for the client's understanding of the processes done were reasons that led Andres Monroy to take his first step towards the change.
Monroy & Co. PA opened its doors to the public in times when the market analysis didn't promise much, but our founder always motivated by his strong faith, assumed the big challenges of the moment until he achieved the accounting firm we are today. In its beginning, Monroy focused on a main objective that was to go beyond the duty of providing services to clients; the diligence and the fact of "always going the extra mile" says Andres, was the key to create its ideology of customer service.
