Finally found my guy Not just him though, his whole team is incredible. The woman at the front who greets you is so kind and thorough. I called several times with questions, and she always did her best to get me the info I needed. I ended up doing a few services, including last year's taxes, tax planning for the next year, and honestly, what felt like a free therapy session, because once you start talking about money, other stuff tends to come up! JC made it clear that during the off-season he takes his time with clients, but in season things move fast, so book early to make sure everything flows smoothly. Pricing is more than fair, and you definitely get what you pay for, and then some. If you're looking for new people to help get your business in order, don't think twice, just make the appointment. You won't regret it!

I had the unpleasant experience of doing my taxes with Daniela Menache. She is extremely rude and…read morealways in a rush, constantly calling me at the last minute to deal with tax issues. She did not file my taxes correctly, and as a result, the IRS charged me around $5,000 in fees related to the year she prepared my return. Since I switched to a new accountant, my taxes have been accurate and I haven't had any more issues with the IRS. I do not recommend Daniela Menache -- she is arrogant, stressed, and never seems to have time to properly assist her clients.

Man. How much they have changed in the years since I wrote my original review…read more Back then I used to give them the benefit of the doubt for the long wait times, unorganization and I even drove all the way down to their office to continue to do my taxes there, even though I moved almost an hour away. This year I had my taxes audited and reached out to Eddie for advice on what I needed to send the IRS. He took forever to reply - regardless of my multiple calls and emails. He finally replied with a half-assed response. I sent my items to the IRS. They came back with more questions - and a very large sum of money that I had to pay. Again, I reached out to Eddie. It's been about two weeks - and still haven't heard from him. His office told me I'd hear back the next day. I've called and emailed. No reply. The bigger issue is that he and his office have mislead me on things I was able to write off on my taxes. They told me clothing was fine. The IRS clarified what clothing was acceptable. This is all leading to me having to pay a sum, including late fees and interest. I will obviously never go to this office again - and hope noone that went here because of my recommendation has been mislead.

Much better than some run of the mill tax prep shop that calls you by 'number 48179, we're ready for you'. So, like a doctor going over every detail of your medical history, so too, does Bovea Acct. Worth the wait? Every year.

Actually, come to think of it, I've been filing my takes with them since I entered the work force. That's trust and loyalty right there. They have always treated me with the upmost respect, they value my business and want to educate me. In every interaction, I am left with more knowledge on the income tax process. I will share one year where I strayed and went to another place. Shame on me, I know! Of course, with the other guys who can "get you more money" I quickly got a letter from the IRS saying "This is not an audit" lol....like I said shame on me for not sticking with Advantage! I have never received anything other then my refund check from the IRS when I went with advantage. Of course, some years I owe, but it all depends on your exemption style. Something I learned from them....you see it's all about being a savvy citizen! If you are looking for a family owed business who does their job with pride, while educating their clients then come visit. You won't be disappointed. You will be welcomed with that warm family feeling, but feel secure in knowing that your very important tax business is taken care of.
