They must've been running behind because they asked us to take a seat and we weren't brought back until 5:20. The staff members we interacted with were very friendly, though only one or two spoke mostly fluent English. Our massage therapists were thorough and checked in with us a few times throughout the duration of the massage to make sure we were ok, the pressure was ok, and the hot stones weren't too hot. I thought the decor was somewhat minimal, but nice. The waiting area and the massage room were clean. The bathroom could've used a little sprucing up. I would recommend going back, but don't be in a rush.

The place was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, but there is a language barrier, so it is very hard to communicate your specific areas you want to have worked on. The massage itself was great, though. I left feeling refreshed and that the knot had finally come out of my shoulder. I just wish they had a better way of communicating which areas you want them to prioritize.

The lady didn't speak English so no check in about spots that needed to be worked on before. She left the door open when I was getting undressed/dressed and left me unattended in the middle without giving me a heads up, door also open. I had to wrap myself in the sheet at the end to walk and close the door. She jumped up on the table a couple of times and had my head in between her legs, while thrusting to massage my lower back. I was so uncomfortable. I basically ran out of there as soon as she was done. I'm still sore and I have bruises. Maybe this is someone's cup of tea, I'm not to judge, but I won't be back

Six times, I had to tell her to lighten up from this rushed herky-jerky massage. I got no extra time to make up for her dalliances. I go to these places for a good massage and never a happy ending, but with the smell of cheap perfume, the uncomfortable table and the pummeling I endured, I was VERY happy it ended. Never again...

I have trigger points and very tense muscles in my upper back and shoulders. Though I generally enjoy a more therapeutic massage using deep tissue and myofascial release techniques, this was the most relaxing massage I've ever had - to where I actually fell asleep. Cici was very receptive to my requests for more pressure where it was needed. I do, in retrospect, wish she'd placed a bit more focus on my trigger points, but that was my fault for not specifying. Again, she is very receptive and easy to talk to - I'm sure that if I'd asked, she would have elbowed tf out of my stubborn knots. The building is small, right next to the nail salon in the Unity Shopping Center - small but clean. The room was lit dimly and relaxing instrumental music played. Cici used unscented oil, and then used a hot towel to remove it so my shirt would not be stained. I was provided with a bottle of water at the end of the session, and left feeling like I had some blood flow in my shoulder blades again. For a massage that's not specifically marketed towards pain relief, I'd give it a 6/10 for relieving pain. For relaxing and winding down, I'd give an 11/10. TLDR: if you need to relax a bit, this is the place. If you have mild or moderate muscle tension and pain, this is the place. If your back is a minefield, you'll get relief but perhaps not as much as a chiropractor with a massage gun.

I called to confirm it was the same as the ones offered in Vegas and it was. Lynn takes care of the massage equipment and her daughter owns the hair salon. They are so nice, explain everything you need to know and offer great deals. I've been twice and will be going back on a regular basis. They have massage chairs while you wait for the Aqua massage to become available and they have a lot of handmade and unique gifts you can buy. The salon is clean, plenty of parking, everyone is friendly and the massage is very rejuvenating. You can adjust the temperature and pressure to meet your needs. You can stop it on problem areas and you're listening to music as you relax. No appointed or undressing required. This is great for couples, mom and daughter day out or solo missions when you need some "me" time. I highly recommend this spa and an aqua massage.
