Not sure what their protocol is in regards to keeping the hallway quiet where there are massage rooms on each side , but it was a bit uncomfortable and hard to get into the relaxing stage due to the noise. The water was held at the end of the hallway , not in the lounge with the tea, which I found to be super inconvenient. Other in the lounge had to seek workers out to ask where water could be as well, just didn't make any sense. The cost for non members was $125 for a 60 minute massage which is kind of absurd . The massage was good but it wasn't worth $125. I understand their tactic is to get you to be a member so the cost is lower , but I think they're missing out on a whole new business opportunity for those who want to just pop in for a massage and not be a member where they are tied down to a monthly contract. For $125 you can get a 90 minute massage at a ton of other spots . Not 60 minutes. Due to the cost, I probably won't come back. But overall it was a nice experience and I always appreciate a very clean business.

I called the Monroeville ME and they had an almost immediate opening for a 90 minute session. Getting there is a little tricky: GPS says the location is next to The Vitamin Shoppe, but it's actually across the street next to Panera, so don't get messed up like I did and drive around for 10 minutes looking for the place. The Desk Staff was amazing. Very friendly and kind. They were quite professional and they made me feel like I was at my normal ME. Matt, my Masseuse was AMAZING! I came in because I did something to my neck and shoulder...not sure what...but I couldn't turn my head to the right without blinding pain and I couldn't lift my arm. By the time Matt was done with me, I felt like a new person...my neck and shoulder felt a thousand times better. Matt does great work. If you like medium/hard pressure, he's your guy.
