Not sure what their protocol is in regards to keeping the hallway quiet where there are massage rooms on each side , but it was a bit uncomfortable and hard to get into the relaxing stage due to the noise. The water was held at the end of the hallway , not in the lounge with the tea, which I found to be super inconvenient. Other in the lounge had to seek workers out to ask where water could be as well, just didn't make any sense. The cost for non members was $125 for a 60 minute massage which is kind of absurd . The massage was good but it wasn't worth $125. I understand their tactic is to get you to be a member so the cost is lower , but I think they're missing out on a whole new business opportunity for those who want to just pop in for a massage and not be a member where they are tied down to a monthly contract. For $125 you can get a 90 minute massage at a ton of other spots . Not 60 minutes. Due to the cost, I probably won't come back. But overall it was a nice experience and I always appreciate a very clean business.

However, when I entered the massage studio I knew I would have a great experience. The reception area is small but inviting and the receptionist was friendly but not overbearing. The massage therapist (Hope) took the time to ask me what my concerns and pains were and based her massage on those areas and concerns. It was refreshing to have a personalized experience rather than a standard massage.
