I then immediately let the attendant know, she asked me if I hung the pump up and I told her yes because it's broken. She said well the mfunds should go back on your card. So I go to login to online banking nothing was showing. I go back into the store and informed her that my funds did not credit back to my account. She stated that there was nothing she could do I would have to come back tomorrow. I told her that I was currently on the clock and had my client with me and I need my gas today and asked to speak to her manager she ignored me in a store full of customers, so then I asked her for the corporate number and she would not give it to me. I then went outside looking on the doors and windows in hopes of finding a number as she would not provide me with one. I admit I did get annoyed and said that this is f?*$ng ridiculous

My buddy and I are visiting from Ohio 06/23/25 - 06/25/25…read more I am completely APPAULED at the lady working at the counter. As soon as I entered the store, all I heard was the "F" word several times while she was talking to someone on her cellphone while on speakerphone. She kept saying she will F**king walk out right now. So and so F**king called off or didn't show up and I'm not working 8am-11pm. I was so disgusted hearing this, along with other customers, that I paid for my items so I could get out of this store. I WILL NOT return to this store due to the unprofessionalism, profanity, and unwilling to keep the conversation PRIVATE so they customers couldn't hear it. The customers shouldn't hear all of the hate, disgust, and feel that they are not welcome. She even had the register closed so that everyone had to use the self checkout. And, if you've ever used those, you know it's not always accurate. I had 4 bottles of water and 2 packs of M&M's. It rang up all 4 bottles of water and only 1 pack of M&M's. I kept trying to scan the second bag and she told me it was on there. I informed her that it wasn't on there and she said it was. The machine still didn't recognize it. She told me it was on there and I could pay if I was finished. So, with 3 other customers behind me, I paid and the transaction went through. I printed my receipt and yep, it wasn't on there. Of course, she continued to talk to another employee (I believe a manager) about she was F**king calling off tomorrow. I politely asked for a bag and she seemed angry that I asked for it. I'm like I'm trying to carry 4 bottles of water and 2 packs of M&M's. So glad I won't visit this place again. Circle K (Forsyth, IL) you need to fire this employee as she will ruin your business.
