Called into the dealership at the recommendation of AAA and spoke with a young lady who told me she would talk with the shop manager and see if they could work me in. Came back on the line and said shop manager said to "come on" and when I arrived they met me with politeness and took the car into the shop. 15 minutes later they came into the waiting room to say it was ready! WOW, just WOW! You don't find that kind of service many places. I am so thankful for the way they helped me and how pleasant and caring they were. I am impressed with everyone's friendliness, but the lack of communication and the length of time it took for a repair, despite having an appointment, leaves me less than likely to return to this dealership for any service or purchase.
