Keith was very unresponsive, the tables were dirty, balls were terrible quality and very old. The tables was not level and they had to come back to level. My event ended Sunday and they didn't pick up until Tuesday and that was only after the hotel called me and I called Keith. I will be using another company from now on.

We originally had her scheduled for 4pm but with a lack of planning on my part I had asked if she could come at 3 thinking we'd be ready. I definitely messed that one up and had to move it back to 4. Cana took it in stride to which I was extremely grateful. My daughter is a huge Elena fan and the personal time she spent with my birthday girl was a gift in itself. Cana opened presents with her, helped with the cake cutting and I think we may have blinded her with the 100's of photos she took with all the guests. Cana then put on a magic show for the kids, played a couple of games and even got them to get up and do some dancing with her! What was even more impressive is that she got my "too cool for anything" preteen nephew to take part in the activities! In the end, she left us very impressed and the kids wanting us to invite her to their birthday parties. So we look forward to having her back in the next few months. Not sure if Cana plays any other characters but I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone as Elena!

When she arrived, she let us know so we were ready, she also remembered the girl's names, which was so special. My 3 year old was thrilled when she saw her and Sadie did an amazing job of helping her feel special and explained that she received an invitation. The kids were focused and engaged the whole time Sadie was entertaining. This was one of the easiest birthday parties we have ever thrown and will recommend Royal Entertainers to everyone, especially Sadie.
