I explained my situation and she made it happen…read more Now, this was probably 9:39 pm in the evening and we needed a notary and courier at hospital asap because we need hospice care arrangements and advance care planning, and Nathalie got on it and made it happen... what dedication! She was very pleasant, eager to help and empathetic. Deeply, sadden to see my mom suffering but her willingness to help. Although, everything was going quick and she was able to help us with the Power of Attorney, Wills, and Perpetual Agreement. She went above and beyond to help us last minute and managed to spend over 3 hours. Our family and friends including the doctors, nurses, and attorneys were pleased to see my mom smiled as she was going through the pain and her last minute wishes. It's hard and painful but I really enjoyed her interaction and readiness to help us through these hard times. I will definitely use her services again and recommend her and her company to anyone who wishes to interact with someone with compassion and empathy especially knowing that your loved ones will go soon.

I needed it done ASAP and they said they could do it. So I schedule an appointment for a Notary to meet me at the facility at 9:00 AM on a weekday and that was Okay with them. I asked what it would cost and it was way more then what that service should cost but I said Okay. The night before they sent me a confirmation text for our appointment and I confirmed it. I took time off from work on that day so I could meet the Notary there. I got there at 8:55AM and there was no Notary so I waited until 9:15 and No one showed. I called Nathalie to see what the delay was and she said there was a miscommunication with the person that was supposed to show but he's on his way. I waited until 9:35 and called them back to tell them I can't wait to much longer because we had a 9:00AM appointment and I can only wait about 10 min more, when will that person arrive. She could NOT give me an answer so I cancel the appointment. THE Problem is First, they charged me way more then they should have. Second, they made an appointment with me they could Not keep. Third, because of their incompetence I lost time from job for nothing.

(simple mistake) We called to let her know she said just bring it in and she would exchange it only! Ok we bring it in UNWORN with TAGS ON plus receipt and she refused to exchange because it was missing the clear bag that it came in. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and have zero empathy for their customers. My mother in law spent $122 of her hard earned money and received poor treatment from this place. Thankfully she used a CC and we will be disputing!! Would not recommend this place to anyone for any of their services!!
