My hair is thick and curly and my (old) precious ombré had grown itself out. Thankfully, Jackie was able to take my horses tail of a mess and turn it into a masterpiece! Amen! I got a rich brown color, a cut that lifted at least 5 pounds off the top of my head and a blowout that made me feel like a million bucks! (Too bad I don't have anywhere fun to go!) The service was fantastic. Friendly and welcoming. And the view of my chair, right on the water, was very peaceful. So happy I finally took the plunge to get my hair done, and so happy it was with Salon Elite! :)

She's more expensive than some of the other girls, but she really knows what she's doing. She gave me a good cut and nice color, but wasn't really interested in what I wanted and each time she did it she was training someone else while working on my head. She really didn't give me the time of day. A lot of the other girls in there seemed very snobby and were busy the whole time talking about their coworkers behind their backs. I get nice haircuts and nice color, but I usually can't wait to get out of there!
