I sent him a text of the address I was at and he was there within about 25 minutes. He got the door unlocked in less than 5 minutes. I paid $40 for him to show up and $40 for the service ($80 total). I don't know what competitors charge but it seemed average to high for what it was. I also had to go get cash out of an ATM to pay- no card reader here. Overall, a nice guy, does good work. You can feel good about supporting a small business here in Knoxville. Personally, I'd get a few more quotes the next time around, but if all costs were the same, I have no doubt in his ability. UPDATE: started driving my car and it sounds like my window is wide open because he ruined the seal around the door. DO NOT use this guy unless you don't mind damaging your vehicle. He was pretty quick but I guess you sacrifice quality and taking the proper precautions. Don't go here!
