My complaint would have to be the quality of the chicken. There was a LOT of fat that they coat and fry. If you just stick it in your mouth you may not notice but one of my pieces had a quite a bit of yellow fat. This may be their cultural way of cooking (this is Korean)). Most of the meat is dark meat, at least all of mine was dark meat. The fries are suspiciously identical to Cavendish fries from Costco so I was disappointed they were not fresh like Five Guys. Seems the only drinks they have is bottles or canned. This was fine. My wife and daughter seemed to really enjoy their meals. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant appears clean, though I found the floor to be sticky. They would get extra stars for 1) If they used better quality chicken 2) in restaurant fries and not Costco fries 3) clean floors and no dirty shoe prints on their chairs Am I too picky?
