The service charge here at A&S is certainly less than what you would pay at a bank. When you reach the address on the eastern side of Broadway around 32nd Street, you will enter a separate business, passing the counter displays on your right, and walk to the rear of the business to access A&S. This may be the only thing a person could find suspicious, but this is NYC and many businesses operate within another business. Get used to it. Some of the best finds operate this way and sometimes even more unexpectedly. The Gentleman can exchange substantial sums of currency. A few thousand US dollars of most currencies are well within the capacity of A&S, especially for Euros or other common currencies. I imagine if you are traveling to certain countries, you may want to call in advance to see if he has you covered. He will transact the exchange quickly and he has a bill counter that can count different denominations in the same stack accurately. You should bring an envelope for your currency and your passport or passport ID. He does not provide an envelope. 4.0 stars!

I feel their actions were negligent in handling my account because they cleared, not once, but twice, a mobile transaction from my account to a bogus account, an account that the check was not even written out to. Additionally, I was asked from BCB to contact the suspect's bank to find the person who opened the account and I told them that I didn't feel comfortable doing their investigative work. The bank has a fiduciary responsible and an ethical obligation to act in the best interest of its clients when managing their money. I don't feel BCB was doing enough and working in my best interest to recover my losses so, I took the next step and filed a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Division who regulates all banks with the hopes that this matter will get resolved.
