I usually don't call numbers I see on a flyer posted on a pole but I had been looking into a living trust because I've learned how important it is to have one and I'm so glad I called. Everything was done over the phone because of COVID he now solely works this way but in my case, I had some changes and I wanted to get it done before my vacation and I was a actually able to personally meet Brad. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect. I left with a neatly organized beautiful binder that had all my documents in order. Side note* He sends you the documents prior to asking for payment which I think is crazy because people can decide not to pay. I just had the absolute most horrible interaction with Bradley Ball who worked on my mother's Living trust back in March 2021. I thought everything was completed and all was good however it turns out that that did not happen. I took my mother's portfolio to my attorney who is currently working on my living trust, just for review to make sure everything was done correctly, and it turns out the deed was never changed and it is not under the the trust. I called him just now and not only was he dismissive regarding this issue and blamed me for it, he wanted more money to resolve it. I told him I was not going to give him more money and then was hung up on. I sent him a text and I will screenshot it for you to look at...extremely unprofessional and rude. We don't like to think about the end of our lives, but as I found out recently it comes and most of the time without warning. I seen the sign and called to get information on a Living Trust. I talked to Ryan and I asked a number of questions and he stated he could not give me specific answers or information. He asked that I let him show me the company's work that they are confident I will be happy with the Trust they will mail to me and if I am happy with it I can purchase it at that time or return it. He never said I would be charged if I like it or not. Never said when payment was expected. A couple of days later, I get a harassing and threatening call from Brad asking why have I not paid for the Trust yet. That payment was due within 24 hours. I told Brad that I was never told of a due date and that I have not even been home to even see the Trust yet. He stated the company did work for me and I would have to pay for it. When I got home I immediately returned the package unopened realizing I had been misled. Now I am getting harassing calls everyday. Asking for payment stating he will continue to be calling for payment daily. If unpaid in 30 days he will turn it over to a Collection Agency. I never said I would buy a Living Trust from Morning Trust I was completely deceived. I have since seen warnings on the internet regarding Living Trust Scams and that if you are not using an attorney for specific answers. You can just buy and complete the legal forms yourself. He wants to charge me $600 to add my name to a legal form template that we could all get at Office Max for $30. BEWARE of Monday Morning Trust!!!! read more

I feel these people are frauds. The one big red flag is. They want you to pay them the county fees for a deed transfers and they will pay the counties. I've talked to a handful of people who had trust done by attorneys, and they all made separate payments to the counties involved. I have 3 properties which adds up to about $800.00 in county transfer fees. When I told him I didn't wanna to pay them the fees that i would pay the fees myself he told me that they could not do business with me then. I can't even find out online how long they've been in business. I cant see that they are am LLC or even incorporated. They dont even belong to the better business bureau. Be careful read more

Complete and utterly horrible service. We requesting Bradley Ball's assistance in 2021 to create a trust for my grandmother. In the beginning he appeared to be helpful and was willing to explain what ever questions we had. He even pressed that we paid after the services were completed to ensure we were satisfied. The day before the documents arrived, he began hounding us for payment. As we had not received the trust, we had not issued payment. Upon receiving the draft of the work for her trust we saw a number of mistakes in names, addresses and other perinate information. When we called to explain that we needed corrections, he was frustrated and stated he needed to be paid. We explained that we were more than happy to pay, however, we needed the corrections made. He made the corrections, however, still made mistakes on the new corrections. Again, he fussed at us and said they were our mistakes not his, even though we had written proof of what we stated the address and names that were to be reflected on documents. Finally, we received the correct package and paid in full. Fast-forward to 2023, we received a document from the county office regarding a trust. We called Bradley Ball to inquire about the paper we received as it has his name on it and want to clarify the business that was already completed, which he was paid for in 2021. Upon calling he asked a few questions regarding my grandmother's trust and it was mentioned that he home and bank accounts were included. He then stated, "before we go any further, do you know how much money is in the bank account". We stated yes, however, we were uncomfortable providing that number as we were not clear as to how it pertained to the questions we asked regarding the filed papers with the county. He then stated that in order for him to proceed he needed full cooperation. We reiterated that we are more than willing to cooperate, however, can he clarify why he needs to know the contents and amounts of my grandmother's bank account to explain the work he was already paid to do. He began to get rude and exclaim that he didn't have time for this and had other paying clients. He doesn't work for free and was going to answer these questions for free, but since we don't want to cooperate then he's going to go. We again asked can he clarify the NEED for knowing the contents of her bank account and he rudely said he doesn't work for free and then hung up in our faces. It is hard enough having to deal with these types of situations, as no one wants to prepare for when they leave this earth, however, working with people like Bradley Ball makes the situation so much worse. I wouldn't never recommend him or his company to anyone I know. Horrible customer service. read more

I usually don't respond to advertising postcards I receive in the mail, but the timing of this one from Monday Morning Trust was perfect. I had self-prepared a will and medical power of attorney on one of those legal websites a few years ago but my life situation had changed and I was planning to update everything and prepare a trust, but I didn't know exactly what I needed. I met with Adam who is a Licensed Document Preparer, and within a couple days he had pulled my information I provided into a trust, redid my will and power of attorney and medical directive and viola! I'm all set. I had it all notarized and Adam even filed my quit claim deed on my house for me. They say you should review your legal documents every few years. The owner Brad Ball has developed an outstanding quality business to save people from getting overcharged by attorneys for Living Trusts packages. What sold me after talking with Brad was, he wanted no up-front money until he delivered the Trust package. After spending about twenty minutes on the phone with Brad and just a few days later I was pleasantly surprised to receive an absolutely beautiful leather bound Living Trust package with a table of contents, letters of explanation and divider tabs for each section. We needed a family trust drawn up but didn't know where to start. Someone placed a flyer on our front door so we decided to give this company a try, at least for fact finding. Brad answered our call and gave us an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We decided to have him draw up our trust, and within a week he was back with a complete book stating all of our wishes, including all the forms that seniors need these days such as HIPPA, Advanced Care Directive, and Physicians Directive.
