Extremely disappointed in you, Atty Tovar. You introduced yourself to me as a closer who could've wrapped everything up for $4000. And less than a year I had given you $8000 and the only thing that was accomplished was getting the court to order the sale of the community property, which I feel I could've done myself. You wanted another $2500 to represent me at the settlement conference. I wasn't about to give you any more money because I felt that the money that I had already given you you had barely earned. I'm very surprised at the service that I received, especially considering the fact that your father was also an Attorney I thought you'd be more passionate about mitigating costs for your clients, especially considering the fact that I'm raising 3 children on my own. I'd like to start off by saying that this isn't the ideal lawyer for anyone, he is very understanding at first to have you thinking you are in good hands, then once you sign your contract with them they will leave you hanging for months to even a year without a single contact about your case. ive asked him multiple times and his family that also work with him to keep me updated at least once a month even if nothing change, and they completely ignored me. I got them for a car accident case back in 2023 November and till February 2025 I've been ignored. Literally no contact unless I contacted them. once my settlement was reached for my physical damages , the only part that he benefited from , they closed the case. my car settlement was still pending and i recently called April ,2025 to see what's going on and surprise surprise they didint tell me that I was no longer a customer because they got their money already while my car is totaled and waiting for them to see what's going on with it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LAWYER, I guaranty YOU WILL FIND A BETTER ONE THAT JUST GOT OUT OF SCHOOL WITH A BETTER WORK ETHIC.
