She needed to make revisions to the QDRO and she made it sound like she was working on it as it if was that simple. I called the 401k and they told me she has not spoken to the case manager. I've forwarded messages from him to her so she can follow up with him. Nothing! Last I heard from her was Nov 12 and I have been texting her for follow up since then and crickets. I don't know how she conducts business like this. So unprofessional and the lack of thoroughness and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and unproductive. Once I filled out the papers given by Anu, I called to make the appointment to sign the papers and meet with the attorney to ask questions. She never returned any of my calls. I am not sure if she just uses his Phil Shekerlian's license or not, but something sounded shady and didn't add up. I was not going to pay $1,500 to a woman that may disappear tomorrow, or the office would close, and my trust would not stand in court.
