I gave them another call to come look at the oustside. Got a quote, came on the day agreed opon. opens up the dirt along my basement wall to see that all along the wall my sill sitting on my foundation was completely rotten. Well that was a game changer. In a panic, I called a carpenter friend of mine. He came over right away. So they figured out a plan to get this done and of course the job grew to 3 times what we expected. Was on budget. Thanks so much, I'm now very confident there will be no more redoing the basement for a very very long time. Dina
