Bought a used car here in 2014. We since sold the car we bought in 2015 because it did not answer our needs. Service was ok, the day we picked up the car they lost our keys for over 1 hour. The issue i have with them is their constant phone calls and the mail they send I have asked to be removed but they still call, still send mail to my name. Took my vehicle in on Tuesday, something was draining battery so I needed a diagnostic done. After being told I needed a new electronic throttle control, allowing that to be done, was told I needed a new AC compressor motor, I told them to disconnect it I couldn't afford that. Then I'm told they found out (FINALLY RAN A DIAGNOSTIC???) that the electronic control module needs replacing to the tune of $1200+ Labour. I called to tell them I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS AT THE MOMENT, & Picked my vehicle up today, took it home ON THE HOOK after paying $1250 for repairs it likely didn't even need and now my vehicle which WAS running when I brought it in, is no longer operational. When their shuttle driver asked if I needed a lift, the service technician told him NO SHE DOESNT and instead made me take a taxi home!! This After spending $1250 for them to wreck my truck. Do NOT let them wreck your vehicle too- go to Amherst or Bouctouche to get repairs done or you too will have an inoperable vehicle and some big bills for them wrecking your vehicle... fraud artists. read more

Really shady and bad service all around. Called in to get a warranty fix and recall fix so I figured I'd give my service back again and get my oil change, inspection and tires changed over while I was there. Turns out now, you deal with a call center who tries to sell you everything over what you called in for. I was offered a "complimentary wheel alignment"(their exact phrasing) and it turns out they mean a free whee alignment diagnostic. I did agree to a wheel alignment though as I've never had one done on the patriot. But what I got the wool pulled over my eyes was about a "battery servicing" and a "hot oil flush" to which neither of them I had agreed to. BUT the problem is that I signed the work order in the morning without reading the work listed as I trusted the service rep who verbally went over what was being done. "Warranty work, recall work, oil change, tires changed and inspection" is what I went in for. They then called me at 850am(car was dropped off at 730am and scheduled for 11am which at first impressed me) and told me I needed new rear brake pads and possibly a new emergency brake. Possibly?! She couldn't tell me for sure. When I was told it would cost $706 plus tax just for rear brake pads and possibly an emergency brake, I told them no and had a rejection sticker slapped on. I have a 4 yr, 9 month old car, never abused, with 46,000kms on it. I have called around to other mechanics who find this scenario very odd for rear brake pads. I will follow up with this when I take it in again to someone else. The BATTERY SERVICING and HOT OIL FLUSH that I never agreed to but was told otherwise because 1. I signed the work order in the morning and 2. The hot oil flush is "part of the oil change" but charged on top of the oil change are the main issues. I was charged $64.99 for each service. Not a fair price for someone to "clean the battery"(wiped with a rag) and put some grease on the connections and pour something in to flush any debris etc out of a regularly taken care of vehicle with only 46,000kms is a pure rip off. I will never again take my vehicle back for servicing there again. I am now actively spreading the word about this poor experience and have heard from many people now the same or close to scenarios they've experienced there. read more

This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb 28, 2018). They were very desperate to make the deal because they didn't meet their quota for the month so agreed on the price we were getting from Toronto. They did a hard credit check, took a $2,000 deposit on the credit card before close on Feb 28th, and said we will send the guy in the morning to pick you up and then you can drive back in your new truck. The sales rep called at 11am the next morning and said I have a bad news......we can't honor the same price anymore because the rebate program from Chrysler has changed and the pricing has gone up. I said what is this about?? My deal was done yesterday so it would fall under February and not March. He didn't have a good answer but kept apologizing. He returned our deposit but we were back into a hole. The manager was so coward that he won't even speak to us but instead had the sales rep call us and apologize. In short......DO NOT DEAL with Moncton Chrysler. They didn't know how to run a dealership, so BEWARE!! They are a bunch of CHEATERS!! read more

I have been dealing with Moncton Chrysler for many years for both new and used cars and trucks. In 2014 I purchased both a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Ram 1500 pickup , as I have had great service from both makes previously. I have found them to be fair and honest and feel respected as a customer. They do all the servicing of my vehicles and I have never been left on the road with a breakdown. Had to leave after 5 mins. My husband and I went to buy a new Dodge Ram and I left wondering if I was on a hidden camera show to see how people react to rude salespeople. The salesperson,Amanda was so rude and sarcastic to me and would turn around and be super friendly to my husband. I guess she didn't really see me as a customer worth being polite too. I would suggest some training on how to be friendly to ALL customers. Needless to say we bought elsewhere. read more
