When I ordered the part they had my phone number, VIN number and she couldn't find the order and it never came in. I recived a phone call the day before that it was there. Finally had an appointment but I would be sitting there waiting from 9 until 5 waiting for the car. As I am out of town, this would not work. Finally have an appointment, so I hoping the experince will be better getting the part in.
