I booked a free estimate online, received a prompt response, and Alejandro showed up exactly on time. Throughout the quoting process, he always followed through on his promised timeline--even replying to emails 10:30pm at night when he said he would. That gave me confidence that he was reliable, and he continued that same level of responsiveness throughout the entire project. He was proactive about communicating progress, explaining any issues, and setting expectations every step of the way. One thing I really appreciated was how patient and flexible he was during the color selection process. Choosing exterior colors is stressful, but Alejandro never rushed us. He was willing to make additional trips to our house, provide larger sample areas, and even test the same colors in different sheens so we could confidently compare them in different lighting conditions. That level of customer service is rare. His experience also showed during the estimate. Out of all the painters we met with, Alejandro was the only one who immediately pointed out some rotted trim that needed attention and also asked whether we planned to paint the railings and front door so the entire house would look cohesive. He was clearly looking at the house as a whole, not just quoting what was on paper. He repaired the damaged wood at a very reasonable price. Another contractor tried to upsell us that the entire wood trim needed to be replaced, which turned out to be completely unnecessary. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We had years of chipped paint, patched areas from old DIY repairs, and other imperfections that I thought would always be visible. Alejandro's team took the time to prep everything properly, smoothing the walls and repairing those areas so the finished result looks like a brand-new house. They even painted the old metal retrofit window frames, something I hadn't originally thought about, and it made an incredible difference. Everything now feels clean, cohesive, and professionally finished. On top of all that, their pricing was one of the fairest we received, they were able to start much sooner than other contractors, and they completed the project on schedule. Our house went from looking tired and dated to looking fresh, timeless, and like one of the nicest homes on the street. We couldn't be happier with the result. If you're looking for a painting company that is professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the final result, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alejandro and his team. They exceeded our expectations, and we'd absolutely hire them again.

After patching up holes and issues in the stucco, Alberto used three different types of primer instead of a universal primer to prepare our house exterior for paint. Alberto stressed two coats of primer as well as two coats of paint for the best finish. He also had to stain a door to match our existing garage door and did an amazing job. In addition to excellent workmanship, Alberto was a pleasure to work with. He showed up to the job site regularly to ensure the work was being completed as promised and was excellent at communicating with us. He made our house look so good several neighbors are preparing to use him for their exterior paint jobs. When it is time to paint our exterior, I will be going back to Alberto.

The crew was meticulous during the prep phase, with extensive dry rot repair, wood replacement, sanding, patching, scraping, stucco crack repair, sealing, caulking, you name it. I was very pleased with the amount of time and care they took, which showed in the final result. I recommend Sandoval painting to anyone who is interested in painting their home, both in the inside and outside. The painters did an amazing job and the process was very smooth. They were not only efficient but patient as well. While I did not know much about how I wanted my home to be painted, they were very nice and made sure that I was satisfied in the end. They were also very clean. After their work, they clean up after themselves and make sure the the property was left the way they found it.
