Terrible. They started out "ok" a few years ago. They would clean 70% of the waste in our yard and left a bag of dog treats. Then, they stopped leaving treats a year or so ago and the cleanup got worse and recently, they have stopped showing up altogether, although they do automatically and religiously bill us right on time for services they haven't performed. Save your money and go with **anyone** else. Or, even just set fire to your money and at least enjoy the heat it puts off. Cancelling. read more

Terrible job at picking up waste. Asked them to come back and re-do the pick up. There was a big pile of waste right in the walk way of the yard...not sure how they missed that. They couldn't care less about getting it done right. read more

I have used this company for 3 years and had nothing but exceptional service. Bill has cleared my yard the entire time and has been awesome! I do understand that some piles may get missed due to leaves or weather but he does the very best he can under the circumstances! I would happily recommend the company to anyone. read more

The guys just parked the car in front of the house so their office believe they have clean but when you check your yard isn't clean. I called the office and they gave me an excuse that the guy didn't feel good and that's why he didn't clean well. They told me they will send someone the next day, no one showed up. I sent an email that night cancelling their services and they respond that the order was for this morning and that the Manager cleaned my yard already. I came home and that was not true! I sent to them pictures showing my yard. Highly not recommend this place. They are the most unprofessional and dishonest company. read more

My only experience with this company was extremely negative. The employee I interacted with exhibited dangerously aggressive driving with a marked company vehicle. When his lane ended on the interstate, he continued driving on the shoulder at highway speed and cut into the adjoining traffic lane, causing another driver to take evasive action. I would expect the service they provide to be on par with their behavior, and definitely would not use them at any time in the future. read more

I am grateful for this (not so appealing) service. The concept is terrific! It's disappointing, however, at how many 'spots' routinely get overlooked. I should not have to go out after the tech leaves to pick up what he left behind. He eyes the area very quickly and then drives away. He is here for minutes, and I mean about 5 or less. Still weighing the pros and cons if it's worth the cost. The pros are great, but the cons are truly frustrating. Bummer!! read more

I was referred to this company by my boyfriend but I guess my expectations are higher than his. I have a small area of my yard in which my two small dogs go to the bathroom. I had the service coming once a week and more times than not my yard was still dirty after the company was supposedly there. Plus, I was charged the same as someone with a large yard and large dogs. I don't think this is right which is why I stopped my service. Before I really began experiencing problems, I did refer this company to a friend who is still using them. Upon a referral you are supposed to get a credit of a month of free service. My boyfriend never received his free month for referring me and I never received my free month for referring my friend. I believe this company is a small operation but I believe their communication between employees and owner could improve greatly. If you have a large yard and a large dog or two, this service might be worth it. But it is not worth it if you have a small yard and small dogs. read more

We've been using Monarch K-9 services ever since my teenager grew up and moved out (she was on poo doody). That was at least 2 or 3 years ago. We have 2 large dogs and a tiny one. I am terrible about picking up after them. Who wants to walk the stinky yard on a hot evening after a long day of work, picking up piles of shit? Not me. Our pet sitter recommended them when I asked her. This is the best $12 a week I've ever spent. I can't believe it doesn't cost more! The guys who come out and do the job are awesome and thorough. I always feel bad for them when it's freezing out or after the snow thaws and the ones that have been hiding under the snow are now ready to be cleaned up. It's a slushy poo mess, but they always do a fantastic job and the grass looks great after. We've recently moved out of Omaha which is the only reason why we'd ever cancel their service. I highly recommend them. read more

Claims to have serviced yard twice after moving out. Read off the card number they had on file for me that declined and it wasn't any card of mine. They rely on "writing" things down and do not use a reliable electronic system. Not professional at all, I would suggest finding someone better. read more

How can it be that there's only one review for this place on Yelp?!?!?!?! So, here's my deal: I've got two German Shepherd Dogs. I've got a toddler. I've got a full-time job. I have a husband who has a full-time and a part-time job. Long story short: We don't have the time or inclination to make a commitment to picking up after our heathens on a weekly basis. We used to. In fact, we used to do it several times a week. So, it's been nice. It's been great. It's been the perfect opportunity for me to try out Monarch K-9 Waste Removal. I called, and Dave, the owner, answered the phone. After asking and answering a few questions, Dave told me they'd be out there on Sunday or Monday. Imagine my surprise when I saw someone out there on Sunday morning! The service done was so complete, my almost two-year-old was ready to run down the deck stairs and start playing - but we're not quite ready for that. Chad, who Dave said would be our service guy, did a phenomenal job. He was so good, in fact, that I felt bad when my dogs did their business later that night! If Chad continues to do this phenomenal of a job, I might just increase how often we're visited! This is SO worth it. I had to fire them today. They left my gate open and one of my dogs got out of the yard and went missing. Thank goodness with the help of our neighbors we found her but it was a very traumatic experience for my dog and myself. Too bad because I've been with them for two years and they did a decent job cleaning up poo. But nobody gets a second chance when it comes to the safety of my dogs. read more
