The moment we reached out to them they were eager to hear about our story, meet us in person, and discuss the details of the big day. You can tell they really take pride in their work and prepare so that you are not stressed on your big day. Also, they were easy to work with if there was anything I was concerned about on the contract or wanted to add or change. Everything leading up to the wedding and the day of was impressive. Their attention to detail, their ability to pose you without feeling awkward, and knack for bringing out beautiful natural photos. On top of this, all team members were ready to capture those special moments that happen in a matter of seconds. It rained on my wedding day and we had to improvise a lot and Any and her team were so quick to find solutions and make me feel comfortable and happy despite my stress. They worked hard all weekend, always looking for the moments to catch, and with a video camera, normal camera, and drone to capture every aspect. Based off their Instagram I knew the photos and video would come out nice - but I never thought they would be as beautiful as they were!! I was in utter shock when I got the trailer and vast library of photos back. Just when I thought I couldn't be more impressed, a month later I got the full video and it was nothing short of incredible. The whole family came together to watch it - we laughed, we cried, and most importantly we relived that entire day because of how beautifully they captured it on video. Photo and Video is the ONLY part of your wedding that you will get back! The food will be eaten, the flowers will die, but the photos are forever. I'm so thankful to Any and Giovanna and the entire team for giving me such a great gift to show my future children. Seeing the photos and videos they captured make everything feel worth it - THANK YOU!!

    John Abarca was hired to provide DJ service for a wedding. We had used him in the past and had…read morereferred Family to him that also used his services. My Mother & her Fiancé paid him in full for his services when they met with him. A contract was signed and event was set. A month before wedding was to take place they cancelled wedding. They called John to notify him and also wanted to talk to him about the payment that was made. He never responded. They called left voicemails, FB messenger, texted. Nothing from John. Wedding was to be in March and he was contacted in early February. So in May I decided to text him. He was my Friend and I felt responsible since I recommended him. He answered me back and had stated that he was sorry and that he had called and left 2 messages and my Mom's Fiancé never returned call. Lie!' He had no calls from John. He told me he had a death in the Family and would call him by Friday of that week. A month passed it's no June no phone calls from John. So I text him and tell him I am disappointed with him for never calling my Mom and her Fiancé. I also stated how we had always been good clients and that this was very unprofessional on his part. He apologized and had more unbelievable excuses and stated he would make it a priority and handle matter and because we have been great clients and he is my Friend he stated he would make an exception and refund my Mom and her Fiancé payment in full. So he contacted my Mom and Fiancé they made arrangements for him to come by and bring payment. They received it that Friday. Deposited the next day. Then in a week or so they receive notice from bank that check was returned for insufficient funds and they were charged a bank fee. They called John and no answer. Left voicemail to let him know that check bounced. Nothing....no response from John. They let him know they were out of town and would be back at a certain date and would like the payment and fees in cash. When they returned into town they took check to bank account was from and were advised there was no funds in account. They went to Mr John Abarca's home that evening to speak to him. Parked my Mom's Fiancé got off car and knocked at door for almost five minutes. You could hear people were home. No answer. Then as he is almost in car John comes out and is angry that he came to his home. Then accuses my Mom's 78 year old fiancé of walking around his car and trying to do something to it. Which was a lie. My Mom was there and said no such thing happen. John tried to say check had cleared and my Mom's Fiancé told him bank said there was no funds. He said he would get money to them next day. So he gave them a time and they waited for him at home for him to bring money. Two hours passed from scheduled time and nothing. Then my Mom gets a message on messenger stating that he had gone by and honked and no one came out. He also stated he shook bell at gate and no response. He also tried to say he called twice there were no missed calls on phone. So a time was set again for payment to be available at his house for pick up. He stated come around 4:30. My Moms Fiancé went and no one was home. He waited outside in his truck two hours and nothing. So he goes home and calls him again he tells him money is outside his home. My Mom's Fiancé goes to pick up envelope and Mr Abarca had the nerve to make it seem like they were the ones harassing him. He also stated in a letter in envelope that he felt disrespected because they came to his home. So for that reason he deducted $150 deposit because of their behavior. These are two 70+year old people who hired him for their wedding. All he had to do was do the right thing and respond and handle things professionally. His unlimited lies and excuses were ridiculous. He told me that money was t the issue but apparently was. But he can post Facebook pics every weekend staying here and there at different resorts but he couldn't just refund money in full as he had promised me. NEVER will I recommend him. He is shady and unprofessional, a liar and he knew he had given them a bad check and just didn't take care of it. Stay clear away from him.

His presentation for…read morebeing a wedding photographer and DJ was thorough and detail oriented and I felt reassured that choosing him to be my photographer and DJ for my wedding was going to be the perfect fit for my photography needs and budget. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. John arrived on time at the two locations (where I was getting ready and where my husband was getting ready) and began taking all the photos I had requested before the wedding. He went over to our home where the wedding was being held and set up his final preparations before the ceremony started. The music was off because he arrived with no helper and was trying to take photos at the same time, but it was a small incidental thing to me, as I cared more about the photos than the music being exactly on cue. His helper finally arrived after the ceremony and helped him with the music portion of things. Things seemed to go smoothly the rest of the night, and he got most of the shots that I had requested fairly easily. And that's where the smooth portion of this whole thing ends. My wedding was the first weekend in December of 2015. He promised to have the photos to me within about a week, which I excitedly agreed upon because I wanted to use our new wedding photos for our Christmas cards. No such luck. A week came and went and John informed me that he had to have emergency surgery and couldn't get the photos to me as promised, but would work diligently on them to have them to me in about another week. This was after I contacted him after the week had come and gone and he had not contacted me. I emailed him the week of New Years on 12/28 asking if he had finished up with the pictures yet, and he pushed me off yet another week. I emailed on 1/18 way after the next due date had come and gone again, and nothing. Wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. Continued to email him in January, never got any responses. I called him again the first week of February on 2/4 and he didn't answer. A few days later I got an email stating that he would definitely have the photos ready the next week. Didn't happen. I called him the following Monday on 2/15 asking if there was anything I could do, IE; come pick them up from him so he didn't have to drive to the house or anywhere to meet me. Or that he could simply leave them on my doorstep. No response. On 2/23 I emailed him again stating that I either wanted my photos as he had promised me numerous times or I wanted a refund. A few days later on 2/26 I called him again asking for the photos. On 2/29 he emailed and said that he had gotten new equipment and that's why he couldn't get me my photos on time. All the while this was going on, I had been checking his Facebook and he was uploading photos of other people's events that he had taken photos for. Now why was he able to get them their photos and upload them online, but not mine from December? Finally the second week of March, he finally showed up at my house and dropped them off on the porch before running back to his car. The windows were open in our living room with the lights on, so you could visibly see that we were home and right there, but he obviously didn't want to speak to us. He emailed me from his vehicle saying he had dropped them off, and that he still owed me a photo album with the photos of my choosing. I told him I would review the photos and let him know which ones I wanted in the album. Emailed him on 3/23, 4/5, 4/12, 4/21, 4/27, 5/2, 5/10, 5/16, 5/20, 5/24, 6/1, 6/3, finally got a response from him on 6/6 stating that he would get me the album by the end of the week. Didn't get it. Emailed him again on 6/10, 6/20, and 6/28, asking him again when I would get the album as he had initially said all it would take was a week to get it done. Never heard back from him. Here it is February,---almost a year and a half after my wedding and he still will not respond to me. He did an excellent job with the photos but his customer service is so poor I would never recommend him to anyone for anything. He requested I pay him everything upon his services a the wedding and against my mother's protest, I trusted him and paid him the balance owed and it just goes to show that even as an adult, MOM KNOWS BEST! If you're going to use Elite Entertainment, make sure you withhold some of the funds until you get everything or just for DJ services so you aren't gypped out of anything later on like me. All I wanted was to have beautiful photos taken for my wedding and it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get what I paid a lot of money for.
