The whole process was very straightforward and easy. Kevin and his wife came over to pick up the suit. They helped measure and made recommendations on what would be done. My pants were only half inch too big on the waist so Kevin recommended I save my money and just wear a belt since everything else was perfect on the pants. Pricing was transparent and agreed to.
