For the most recent dress that I had to fix, it was a multi tiered dress, and just shortening it from the bottom would have made dress off balance and awkward as the layers would be different lengths. She was able to fix this problem and made the layers of the dress equal. I thought the price for the alterations was extremely reasonable. My friend, who got her dress hemmed at another place, paid a lot more than what I had to pay. I was super satisfied and will continue coming here for all my alterations.

The whole process was very straightforward and easy. Kevin and his wife came over to pick up the suit. They helped measure and made recommendations on what would be done. My pants were only half inch too big on the waist so Kevin recommended I save my money and just wear a belt since everything else was perfect on the pants. Pricing was transparent and agreed to. Afterwards, they took the suit to be tailored. The tailored suit was delivered back to my house a week later. My sleeves were shortened, and back was also brought in.
