    Biscuits and Gravy
    Jared Y.

Good for a casual breakfast. Prices are from a different decade. I got biscuits and gravy which came with sausage links and two eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The gravy didn't blow me away but it was good. The decor is unique as was the clientele. Seems like a place with mostly regulars, and mostly older folks. More than once during our short visit people came in, recognized people at another table, went over and had a chat before going to their own table to eat. Service was very friendly.

Big hearty breakfast and lunch classics. Not a ton of surprises here, but if you are looking for a mom and pop breakfast shop in the area with big portions and super friendly service, I think this is your spot. The wait staff is top tier- friendly and attentive and definitely will add to your experience. I wasn't in love with the food, but you could certainly do worse. It's pretty standard and lacks the kind of menu surprises or special "from scratch"flavors that could really make a place like this stand out. All just sort of okay. Inside is a sort of Frankenstein's monster of a restaurant.- with bits sewn together from former places. The floor tile changes color midway through the place and the tables and chairs look like they might have been put together from a restaurant close out auction. Lots of funky decorative stuff on the walls. Let's just call it all garage sale chic. It's charming in its way and contributes to the low key mom and pop vibe of the place. I'm not hatin', just saying to not expect some shiny diner. It's worth a stop if you are looking for breakfast or lunch in the area, but don't go too far out of your way.

Update Went back for a simple quick breakfast and wow they were fast. The meal was hot and tasty. 3 eggs, links toast and hasbrowns. The hash was good with crunchy edges not soggy. Eggs cooked to perfection with a nice creamy yolk. So quality still stands with these guys.

Portions are huge and fulfilling! Sometimes, you just want to go get breakfast/brunch and be in and out. Mom's is the perfect spot to do that. No overly priced items or booze, just comfort.

Stopped here for breakfast on Memorial Day. I can say there is nothing special about the breakfast here. We ordered the country breakfast and the dad's breakfast. They substituted the toast for a french toast without an additional charge which was nice. I added hash browns to the country breakfast and it only cost an additional dollar. I did ask for crispy hash but I did not get that. Which was a little disappointing. The gravy on the country breakfast was nothing worth noting. I wish it would have had a little more flavor and it did not seem like it was dairy-based. It did have small pieces of ham which was different but not enough sausage for my taste. The service was very prompt and very friendly which is a big plus for me. So if you are ready to sit and eat this place is good but if you're looking for somthing special they do not have that as their menu is very basic. The coffee was bland but the eggs were done just right!

The service was good, food was good. 4 stars because everything was fine but nothing was amazing.

The biscuits and gravy were terrible! Maybe other items on their menu are good as they have good reviews but skip the biscuits and gravy.

Saw some posts on Facebook about this little restaurant reopening after a few years and finally had…read morea chance to come check it out. The building is pretty non descript and uniniviting. Initially I wasn't sure we were even in the right place. Once you walk in though, the inside is exactly what you expect a small town restaurant to feel like, in a good way. My family and I made it in time for breakfast, which I have understood is a fairly new offering of theirs. The breakfast menu is very simple. No pancakes, or French toast or anything like that. You've really just got your option of toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and omelets. I don't think this is a bad thing. More than not I value a short and sweet menu. What caught our eye was the option to get a scone with butter, honey and or jam. We ordered a scone, large biscuits and gravy, the country meal, and the 2 eggs hash browns and toast for our two toddlers. I'd say the food was, just good. There wasn't anything particularly special about it, but it was also not bad by any means. It's totally what I'd expect to be served at a family breakfast or something. I see this as a good thing. No bells and whistles, just good good. That said, the scone was the BOMB .com! Perfectly fried and with some really good jelly it was the perfect way to finish up breakfast. I look forward to coming back in the future (One important thing to note however was the smell upon walking in. I don't know if someone who smokes had just spent a lot of time in the restaurant that morning, or if the building itself has residual smoke smell from back when smoking was legal inside. I hope it's the former. If not, I will have to adjust my review down to 3 stars and I hope they are able to address it)
