The staff here were friendly and professional, they would greet anyone who came in. We got the medium hook and ladder which was really good. I asked for extra lettuce, tomatoes, and onions but I feel like only the onions were extra as it looked the same as my boyfriend's which had no customizations. I love the careful construction of the sandwich as it didn't fall apart like Subway sandwiches. I also appreciate the hot sauce bar and it has changed my perspective of hot sauce on sandwiches which now I will be doing too! My boyfriend was also very impressed and even tempted to get another sandwich as he wanted to try one of the other sandwiches as he loved his so much.
