We tried Momosan right after it opened for dinner & loved it so much that we went back the next day for lunch. Last week, we were back at Foxwoods & absolutely had to go back for another meal! We kicked things off with a couple of Asian beers to brace for the spice, then ordered the hot oil fish carpaccio appetizer: delicately seared halibut with yuzu soy, ginger, garlic & micro cilantro. It was bright, flavorful & a perfect start - we should have ordered two because it was so delicious! For the mains, we did not even bother branching out because the ramen bowls were that memorable. Hubby went with the spicy tonkotsu: pork broth, kakuni, mushroom, menma & ajitama with an extra ball of hot to add to his broth. I ordered spicy dan-dan: brothless, spicy szechuan sesame chili sauce, miso ground pork, kale namul & ajitama. It was packed with flavor & just the right amount of heat to keep you coming back for another bite. We were too full for dessert but the pavlova is perfection! Momosan is absolutely worth a stop (or two) when you are at Foxwoods! NOM NOM NOM #YUM

This was quite a delight! Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were HUGE. We thoroughly enjoyed how good everything was! Located right near the Great Cedar Hotel, it's something pretty new for Foxwoods. I love that they add new places all the time, this was a great addition (or maybe I just love ramen and sushi too much!). The spicy wontons look intimidating, but the spice was actually quite mild! I might have preferred it to be a bit spicier, but the taste was still delectable. The pork belly baos were SO incredibly soft, it melted in my mouth almost immediately. This is a must if you do go! The tantan ramen was pretty thick if you like a thicker broth, but was flavored well and they don't skimp out on the items. Our server was super nice and attentive, and it is a beautiful restaurant that had great vibes! We certainly will be back.

Momosan was very good! I went here with my boyfriend on a Saturday night for late night dinner after bingo. I got a yuzu margarita and it was STRONG. I appreciated the heavy pour, but definitely only needed one. As for food, we got the sticky ribs for appetizer and they were tender and delicious. For meal, I got a roads bowl which came out hot and it was very flavorful. My boyfriend got a ramen dish and he said it was really good. We also ordered a sushi roll and it was super fresh and I loved it. Overall, we had a very good experience and will be returning next time we are at Foxwoods!

This spot is a hidden gem at the Foxwoods. The server was so kind, attentive, and patient. This was the best shrimp tempura roll I have ever had. The spicy wontons were not super spicy. The salmon roll was really great too. The pork fried rice dish was good, but everything else outshined that dish. I'm very glad we ventured here away from some of the other restaurants that are closer to the entrance.

That soft shell bao is delicious. The sticky ribs were good too. My shrimp tempura rolls were just ok weren't rolled tight enough. But the soft shell boa earned all the stars.... A party in my mouth.

Let me start by saying that our server, Carey C, was beyond fantastic. We came for a quick dinner before heading to bingo for the night. We were seated right away. We each ordered a drink and then went on to split the sticky ribs, spicy tuna rolls and bowl of Tan Tan. For the sushi, we were offered additional spicy mayo and a sweeter soy sauce to try. Yes, please. Originally we were going to get a chicken based ramen bowl, but were advised against it. Our server recommended the Tan Tan and boy was she right, it was so so delicious. She really knew what she was talking about. By the end of the meal, we were practically licking the bowl clean. For the whole meal, it was unbelievably under $100, before tip. We will absolutely be back and Carey C, you better be there to serve us. You were the best. Thanks for getting our night off to a great start!!

Great food, courteous staff...ramen is great. Sushi was great. The dumplings were ok. The fried chicken karage was nicely seasoned.Good with kids and graciously offered to bring extra bowls and soup spoons for my little kids to share the ramen. Would visit again when we go to wolf lodge again.

Was so excited to try this place when I saw it. We came as a big group - made reservations in advance. They are super nice and accommodating but I have to say the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered a bunch of different dishes to share, including dumplings, Peking duck, spare ribs, etc. I have had my fair share of ramen over the years including in Japan. And this was lacking in flavour. Most of the dishes were just ok. Nothing super impressive. Glad I have tried it and now I'm good.

This was the best sushi I've had in a long time! They don't take reservations. Thankfully there wasn't a wait when we went on a Friday around 6pm. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server Daniel was super helpful and made good recommendations. We had 2 apps and 3 rolls. Super good. All of it. We'll be back! Highly recommend it.

Overall this has pretty legit flavors and at reasonable prices for the casino. The wait staff is bustling as it's clearly one of the busier restaurants in the casino, but it would definitely benefit from some additional management interfacing the open kitchen with the servers. There was definitely a disconnect with meals being completed and connecting them with the servers that need to provide them to the table leading to visible backups and unattended food. I'm going to chalk it up to the challenges of starting a new restaurant, but it's definitely one of the better options at the casino at the current moment.

Excellent food and service. Table of 12 so food did come out a little slow but not docking them for that bc of our party size. The fish carpaccio is basically salmon sashimi cut very thin and with a yummy oil. The Kuri Bap rice dish was delicious with the egg cooked/mixed at table side. Only complaint is it came with only 4 tuna slices. Flavor profile of all the food was delicious. Has a lot of reasonably priced dishes but some dishes has some very high prices.

I'm giving it three stars cause I'm right in the middle. Eating indoors at the restaurant was great service good mid week, saki and Toro was exceptionally amazing. We then got takeout a few weeks later and it was not the same experience. Of course, they gave us one cup of soy sauce for two people, forgot our waters that we paid for the plates were a mess, and portions did not seem the same. Though we did get a bottle of saki to go back to our room that was pretty cool. Otherwise I would say basic sushi rolls unless you go for the specials or the sashimi.

After a large lunch, my wife and I decided to try Morimoto's new Foxwoods restaurant Momosan for a somewhat light dinner. It's located on the corner opposite Cedar's Steakhouse and the Food Court. We weren't sure we'd be able to get in since it's very new, but we walked in at dinner time and there were a few spots available. Momosan specializes in ramen, sushi, stone pot rice dishes, etc. The atmosphere was cool. Service was efficient and friendly. The prices were reasonable for a casino, and I'm sure many of Morimoto's restaurants are much more expensive. The menu felt too safe for a Morimoto branded restaurant. I understand he's not there cooking and the menu needs to be executed by people who don't have his experience, but most of the sushi rolls were ones you would find on the basic part of a sushi restaurant's menu. Spicy tuna. Shrimp tempura. Salmon avocado. We ordered these, plus edamame and a popcorn shrimp app. Everything was good (nothing was great), but we've had better and/or lower priced versions of each of these things at our favorite CT spots. For example, the shrimp tempura roll, was basically an avocado and cucumber roll with small pieces of shrimp tempura and sauce on top. It seems like they probably made this choice because it's easier to make. If I were to my make some educated guesses based upon what I observed, the ramen and stone bowl rice dishes may be more of a good bet in terms of value and experience. There's also a signature duck experience. I wouldn't go in thinking that you're going to get a high end Morimoto experience. And to be fair, the restaurant isn't priced that way. You will get good food, that is fairly priced for a casino. Four Stars

Someone who I presume was the manager enthusiastically greeted us and sat us down. We were quickly greeted by our server who was very friendly and polite. We ordered tteokbokki, veggie spring rolls, Korean fried tenders and BBQ bulgogi. The food came out pretty quickly and almost all at once, though there was a mixup and we ended up with fried shrimp instead of tteokbokki. I think the server misheard us when we put in the order, so an honest mistake. With that he quickly apologized, took it off the bill and got our tteokbokki order. The spring rolls were very tasty, boyfriend especially loved those. The chicken tenders were massive, and boyfriend really liked the spicy sauce on those as well. Tteokbokki was pretty good as well. The server left the fried shrimp at the table, and while I normally don't like shrimp (it's a texture thing for me) I didn't want it to go to waste so I decided to give it a try and it was actually quite good! The fry on it was great and the texture of the meat was soft. However I think my favorite thing that I had was the bulgogi, as the beef was very tender, well marinated and quite flavorful. Despite the one hiccup with our food order (albeit one that might've actually made me more willing to try more shrimp dishes), we had a good time at Seoul Alley. The food hit the spot for us and we would return whenever we're at Foxwoods again.

The Korean wine alone is a moment--bright, flavorful, and way more interesting than your standard casino drink options. It's the kind of sip that makes you pause and go, "Okay, they're doing something right here." Service was on point from start to finish. Friendly, fast, and attentive without hovering--exactly the balance you want when the casino energy is buzzing around you. And the food? Delicious across the board. Bold flavors, great textures, and dishes that feel thoughtfully put together rather than just "casino convenient." Everything we tried landed. Seoul Alley brings a fresh, flavorful vibe to Foxwoods, and it's absolutely worth a stop. With a few small refinements, it could easily hit that five‑star sweet spot, but even as is, it's a standout in the lineup. Cheers

The ambiance at Scorpion Bar is nice. The lightening is nice and the decor is cool. My friend ordered a mango mojito and I ordered a virgin mojito which was surprisingly very tasty and refreshing. It did take a while for our food order to be taken. One of the bartenders said she would come back to take our food order after finishing a round of drinks, but then never came back so we had to ask another bartender to take our order after about 10 minutes of waiting. We ordered the nachos with ground beef. Those were pretty good, I liked how cheesy they were. For our main meal, we decided to get two tacos each and the birria quesadilla. The tacos were good! My favorite was the Baja fish taco. It was very flavorful and one of the best fish tacos I've had in CT. I was disappointed in the birria quesadilla. It was just OKAY. It was pretty pricey for just the quesadilla and no sides. I didn't think the meat was seasoned enough. The last item we got was the fried ice cream for dessert. We got it because the bartender said it was a large portion and was pretty good. It was NOT that goood. It was extremely large...like almost too big. The fried dough that covered the ice cream was very sugary and wasn't warm and the ice cream was very plain. I would not recommend. Overall, I think if you are looking for a restaurant at the casino with good ambiance, good drinks and decent food, I would recommend Scorpion Bar.
