Lamb still remains my favorite, my friend who tried these for the first time also seemed to agree. They were perfectly spiced & very juicy. Mango lassi is still mandatory! They get busy SO quickly and their small team of 2-3 employees do such an amazing job at delegating and getting everyone's food out at a reasonable time. And I must mention their Chili Chicken was a bomb. And the prices were very reasonable ranging from $13 to $15 per dish. From the moment we walked in, we loved the small cozy and incredible friendly vibe. But what truly made us fall in love without a doubt was the food. Every Momo dish offered a unique taste. My personal highlight was the tandoori Momo, it was perfectly spicy and bursting with flavours. Noodles and chilly chicken were also excellent, just make sure to make it spicy if you can handle the heat. Momo ghar has officially earned a permanent spot on my "must visit again" list. And seriously "DO NOT FORGET" to order their chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. You can thank me later.

As for the chilli chicken, the flavour was decent and for those who love saucy dishes like me this one is not saucy at all. I asked for a 5-6 on a scale of 10 for spiciness and it definitely had a bit of a kick but nothing too spicy. In terms of taste it was decent however I found the chicken to be a bit on the dry side but not too bad. The folks there were super friendly and overall service was not bad. The food arrived quickly too which was a good thing as I was hungry. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant and it was spaced out nicely so it was comfortable to be in. There were a lot of cabinets with different items in them so it might be interesting to look around while you wait for your food. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

My friend and i got the Jhol Momo, dumpling soup (which we thought were "soup dumpling", but they were simply dumplings in a soup - oops!), and we ordered some chilli chicken (i think). Regardless, everything was delicious. I would eat a bowl of Jhol Momo right now with some of their homemade hot sauce. 3 dishes, 2 beers = about $43 + tip! Shangrila is totally going on my roster of cheap eats, and I can't wait to go back for a bowl of Jhol Momo!

Prices are fair and service is nice! Would definitely come back to try more Tibetan dishes!
