Jesus seemed very helpful and said a few times how honest he was. My wife's pixel has an office assistant built in that eliminated spam/telemarketer calls. Jesus assured her that the new Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra did the same thing. He said he was the Samsung pro. My wife drank the kool aid and took the phone based on his recommendation. She also bought the new Samsung watch. On the 15th my wife called Jesus and complained that the Samsung did NOT STOP CALLS. After searching on line for instructions, my wife's new phone DID NOT have the settings called out in the instructions. My wife told him she wanted to exchange the Samsung for the Pixel. Jesus said she would have to wait until Tuesday to see Daniel the manager. Today is Tuesday and Daniel said he could exchange the day old phone for a restocking fee. He said it was AT&T policy. When asked to return the Samsung watch because Daniel answered "it should" work with the Pixel I fucking lost my shit. I had to go sit in the car and let my wife deal with her phone. She is the techie, I am not. Neither of these employees know what they are talking about. DO NOT TRUST THEM. And FYI, Jesus is relocating to the San Diego area AT&T so be aware. I will be writing to AT&T directly. Hard lesson to learn if the phone you choose fails to deliver what the employee tells you it will do you are paying a 75 dollar restock fee.
