She failed to get the knee brace adjusted in a timely fashion in spite of numerous requests. It was her way of forcing me to stay in touch with her. Ultimately it was adjusted but too late. It caused me another blood clot in my leg and put me back on blood thinners which I had come off. It also caused nerve damage to my lower left leg. I don't feel 3/4 of my left foot and 1/2 of my left calf. After seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon after nerve testing it was determined it was best to not operate. Because of the multiple compression spots in my leg coinciding with the knee brace They determined they didn't know which spot to release and more damage could be done. If I lose all feeling then they will try to do something.

However, a year later, I had a car accident and needed my PT records released. When I called Excel Physical Therapy to request the release, they discovered that my insurance hadn't paid for one of the treatments and demanded that I pay the full $400 claim. At the time, that amount was equivalent to my monthly rent. I went back to my home country during the summer break, and when I returned, I received a call from a collection agency, claiming I owed $800. When I explained the situation to Excel Physical Therapy, the representative simply told me the case had been transferred to the collection agency. This led to several horrible months of financial hardship. Excel Physical Therapy handled this situation very poorly.

He was completely successful in clearing the adhesions and in also fixing the all the unfelt associated problems in my back, neck & shoulder blades that help bring on the frozen shoulder.
