It's helping address inflammation in my body and also allows me to slow down and take some time for myself. Tina showed me the Cryo machine yesterday which I'm going to do for some abdominal issues I'd been having. The sauna was amazing and you get almost a full hour. My mom (70+) started going here a couple of years again in prep for knee replacement surgery (2). They got her whipped into shape and surgeries went well. They did her post op as well. As for insurance- mom has medicare & a secondary - so no out of pocket as long as she has met her yearly deductible. As for me, i was in town for a week or so, and needed some work done (if you read my other reviews, this will make sense). Katie -insurance person, receptionist, and stealer of credit cards (i forgot my card once, so i'm teasing here) - checked my insurance - it was covered, just had a $25 copay - which is my PPO copay - SCORE!! Jill - the quiet one, did the assessment, with the precision (and personality) of an engineer- she put me through my paces and assessed my range of motion & limitations. i should mention, when i told her of my diagnosis (don't worry, i'm going to live) she understood exactly what i needed. Emily - the warm hearted torture machine who shared their motto "no tears in therapy" was awesome. She significantly increased my range of motion in the 3 sessions i was there. Given 3 more sessions i could have gotten to 98to 100%. Emily gave me the exercises that Jill had identified i needed & had printed out. Oh, and you realize i'm joking about torture machine. The stretching did hurt at times, but needed. i assured her i needed her to be a little more aggressive since i was on a tight schedule.

DO NOT COME HERE. the absolute worst doctors i have ever met! they do not care about you what so…read moreever! i went here because i was having issues hearing out of my right ear and was wondering if its ear wax built up, she said no everything's fine she doesn't know why. i ended up having a ruptured eardrum a few days after and lost my hearing completely in my right ear. i am only 18 years old and im already deaf in one ear. i also went in for other reasons, they told me its cat allergies. i asked how long i can use flonase for and he said forever, it doesn't cause any issues. the box literally says it causes glaucoma and multiple other issues if you use it longer than 6 months! he gave me a steroid cream for eczema told me i can put it on my face if i need, meanwhile the box says DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR FACE. it causes skin thinning, visible broken capillaries, and striae which is lines on your face. i can't express into words how much hate i have for this place. they are the worst, most heartless doctors i have ever met. they don't care about anything except getting you out as fast they can. they have a 10 minute limit with each patient and THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

She failed to get the knee brace adjusted in a timely fashion in spite of numerous requests. It was her way of forcing me to stay in touch with her. Ultimately it was adjusted but too late. It caused me another blood clot in my leg and put me back on blood thinners which I had come off. It also caused nerve damage to my lower left leg. I don't feel 3/4 of my left foot and 1/2 of my left calf. After seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon after nerve testing it was determined it was best to not operate. Because of the multiple compression spots in my leg coinciding with the knee brace They determined they didn't know which spot to release and more damage could be done. If I lose all feeling then they will try to do something.

That being said my experience was subpar. My son was doing biofeedback or a video game that you can purchase at home (mightier- they will send you a tablet and HR monitor for $40/m). There was never a treatment plan on what the steps would be to help my child. He did counseling for $150 a time, which they initially told me it was covered by insurance. It was not and they didn't notify me until after a month and a half in. Be aware of what they tell you over the phone, get it in writing! They kept pushing for the brain mapping for $1200, but I needed to trust them before spending that kind of money. When asked about the bill charges, Jan retaliated and added charges for biofeedback that weren't on the initial bill. So now in January, I'm paying for services in November because they didn't charge for the right services. The concept is there, but the execution lacked. Be careful and do your research on the company!
