As someone who has been through physical therapy for both shoulder and hip repairs, I can confidently say this experience has been the best. I came to Josh with severe low back pain, decades-old neck pain, and lingering issues with my right shoulder from a previous surgery. At the time, I couldn't even sit for more than a few minutes without discomfort. After just a few months of therapy, I am now completely pain-free, back on my mountain bike, and running again.
