When I first contacted them, neither of us knew my tenant DESTROYED my home. Dried feces everywhere! Some cleaners might've backed out. But they didn't. They also used a fabulous disinfectant and odor eliminator. This husband and wife duo did an AMAZING job! They definitely know what they are doing and WILLING to do a great job. Their attention to the smallest of details made the price increase worth it. On my exterior camera I saw the husband clean up the door mat, shaking it out real good and all, and sweep underneath it. Wow! On my exterior camera I saw my repair contractor lift up a safety board and didn't put it back down. My repair guy passed this board he left up many times, didn't put it back, and left. I was so frustrated but didn't want to bother my house keeper about it, when there were so many other things I had already burden them with. But guess what... without me saying a word, these folks saw the safety issue and the board tossed up and put that board back down! KUDDOS! So if you are calling around getting quotes, let me tell you.... you might not be comparing apples to apples. Because the quality of work, down to the finest of details will probably not be what you'll get with someone else. I'll post some before and after pictures.

I have photos & videos to prove all of the communication, and the before and after photos (these photos were taken after the "deep clean" we paid for was completed). They show the floors left with dirt & food, dust along the edges of the floors, interior of windows not washed well or at all, refrigerator cleaned poorly, oven not touched, doors not touched, baseboards not touched, etc. We were quoted for a "deep clean" & sent photos to be reviewed for the quote, most which looked worse than when they arrived to clean as we cleared out many things & had done some cleaning. We are selling the house & not living in it, so it wasn't hoarder level or absolutely filthy (except a dirty MI basement). Furniture is staged for the realtors photographer...rescheduled once to accommodate cleaning staff & again to get it properly cleaned after they left. Instead of a top to bottom deep clean that we hired them to do, we received a subpar light cleaning, with exception to the basement, which we paid additional for, & one bathtub...both which were done very well. We were sent a "Deep Clean Checklist (posted)." Silly of us to expect everything on that list, sent by them, would be done for the "deep clean" we were quoted for. We paid extra for additional services, however, the basic services listed on their "deep clean checklist" were either not completed at all or were poorly done. I sent the following to Melissa to review after their cleaning was complete: NOT ATTEMPTED/LEFT UNCOMPLETED: KITCHEN:Wipe outside of cabinets, Clean inside oven, Wipe down and disinfect all cabinet doors, Disinfect knobs and light switches, All baseboards LIVING SPACES:Dust all ceiling fans, vents, tops of everything and kickbacks, Wipe down all baseboards, Disinfect all light switches and knobs BATHROOMS:Wipe down all doors and baseboards, Disinfect all knobs and light switches, All doors, All baseboards ADD ONS:Exterior windows DONE POORLY: KITCHEN:Wipe down all appliances, Wipe down all windowsills, Sweep and mop floors LIVING SPACES :Dusting tops of everything and knickknacks, Sweep/ mop or vacuum, Clean all windowsills BATHROOM:Sweep and mop floors, Clean all windowsills ADD ONS:Interior windows , Refrigerator The owner, Melissa, has refused any refund, even though I have messages of her responding (see pics)to my concerns, clearly stating: "I can see in some of the videos that there are areas that could have been more thoroughly detailed, particularly around the top of the stove and knobs, and I'm not going to argue with you about that. Those are areas I can acknowledge should have received more attention." "The floors could have been more thoroughly finished, particularly around edges and certain areas, and I understand why you are frustrated with that." "I'm not going to tell you that everything was perfect when I can see from the videos that there are areas that could have been better." "You may have had different expectations, and I'm sorry that we weren't able to meet them." "At this point, I do not believe continuing to go back and forth over each individual item is going to resolve this for either of us. We have reviewed your concerns and provided our position regarding the work that was completed." Don't be mislead by their false advertising of: "Satisfaction Guaranteed"/"Deep Cleaning- A top-to-bottom, detailed cleaning of your entire home."/"Results That Won't Disappoint"/" Quality Results Every Time"/"Professional. Reliable. Detail-Focused"/" Detail-Oriented Cleaning"/" We are committed to providing dependable, detail-focused cleaning services"/"Thorough, Reliable & Detail-Oriented" Melissa did finally send me a $75 refund out of the $500 we paid. This was because of the review I gave her on the company's Facebook page (after refusing multiple times to refund us or come look at the job). Apparently she felt $75 would stop me from sharing my experience (see photo). Sorry, 75 isn't going to rectify the situation & stop me from warning others.

All that was done was taking some boxes and stuff I was getting rid of to the curb and vacuuming one area before her vacuum broke. I had some bags of clothes from when i moved in and those were put on my stairs so i had to go through them in order to go to the 2nd floor of my home. Had to use my personal broom since she didn't bring her own. The last time I had them come clean my home, I was far more impressed but unfortunately I was less than satisfied this time.
