Matt and his team at Advantage Roofing are the best in the business! I have used them for several years on many roofing projects at my funeral homes, rental homes, and my own home. Matt provides top-notch, quality work in a timely fashion and at a very fair price. He pays meticulous attention to detail and has my highest, five-star recommendation. Tried to blame something other than their roof for leak in order to charge me rather than do warranty work. Roof leaks only when heavy snow is melting. Blamed condensation-law of physics states that condensation happens other times than only during heavy snow. Like during light snow for instance. Have made BBB complaint after they missed appt, went back on their word that they were going to fix it no matter what it took, dodged calls, hung up on me, and just plain avoided me. I am disabled, I bought this house due to warranties/new roof. Now I have had to pay for mold remediation and trying to stick me with roof. I live off less than $1000/mo read more

I did not have a good experience with Advantage Roofing and Siding. I signed a contract to have my roof replaced at the end of May, 2017. I was told the install would be done two months later. When I called two months later (August) I was told it would be another month. In September it then took several more calls to get them to commit to an October installation. After the work was completed the roof leaked during the next rainfall. To ARS's credit they came out the next day, repaired the roof, and contracted another individual to fix the damaged plaster in my home. However, I was responsible for repainting the damaged ceiling. Two years later the roof leaked again: in the previous location and a new location. These leaks started just after I listed my home and took over six weeks for all the damage to be repaired. Working with ARS was stressful. They were hard to get a hold of and sparse on details when we did connect. They also never conveyed a sense of urgency when we had problems. I would not recommend this business. read more
