We booked them for three hours because we…read morewanted to do the wedding on the cheap :) For $400/hour for three hours, that was a pretty good price for the Berkshires for the quality of the work we got! These costs covered both her and her husband taking photos for the wedding, for a disk with all of the images, and for 3x5 prints of all of the photos they took (they sent us about 1,000 prints!) This did NOT include any editing of the photos (AKA some were a little washed out, you could see some blemishes in others). This was fine with us because we didn't mind airbrushing away imperfections ourselves, or changing the contrast on some. I think you can pay more probably to have them do that for you. For the price, we really felt like we got a good deal, especially since with two of them we were able to have a lot of different angles for the photos that were taken. Overall, we were pleased and would hire them again (not that we will need to). The photos were not necessarily extraordinary, but there were a lot that we really really liked and we felt like we got a really good deal.

Her studio is really neat! She has a love of nature and makes most if not all of her backgrounds by hand. Pretty cool! I had always wanted to get an extended family picture and thought why not try Lillian and Grace. I asked Rachael if she would come to my house and take a large group family picture as well as small group pictures. She gladly accepted and was genuinely excited to take pictures outside of the studio. Rachael was super easy to work with. She responds promptly to any questions or ideas and is definitely not pushy. She made adults feel comfortable posing and made the kids laugh to get a natural smile! Very soon after taking our photos, she sent me the proofs. I was thrilled with the pictures. Even my husband who doesn't like his picture taken loved the photos. Everyone felt great and loved the way they looked in our pics. The toughest part was trying to decide which prints to buy!! I bought a few right away and bought more shortly after. I will definitely use Lillian and Grace for photos again and highly recommend you do as well!

I actually stopped into tailored events to start the process nine months prior to the wedding, John the owner could not have been more patient, informative and honest! Over the next nine months I made changes along with many additional questions, John made the changes and answered every question. So this was the only place within 100 miles with a frozen drink machine that we wanted for a big…read moresummer outdoor party. They were nice on the phone and with a large delivery charge were willing to deliver and pick it up. BUT then half of the double-sided machine leaked like crazy. They claim that is was our fault for moving the machine. The one guy who delivered it dropped it in the easiest place, of course we were going to move it. Not one word of caution about moving it or showing us even one thing about it. They left very primitive xeroxed directions. And after we returned it and requested some financial consideration for the fact that we weren't able to use HALF of the machine and wasted all the alcohol and mix for the leaky half...they said it was our own fault. Yeah, I don't think I was being unreasonable.
