I had gotten some cheap ones at a nail salon that messed up my lashes. so I just got the regular ones that are faux. They're so pretty, weightless & perfect. Annie is very nice, talented & gives you all the info. I've been here four times and each time it's better everyone has different reactions to getting lashes. My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect. This experience reminded me that nano brows aren't one-size-fits-all, but having an artist who genuinely stands behind their work makes all the difference.
