I provided tons of info, there was evidence of moisture, had many health symptoms of mold and still he found nothing, it was all a-ok (???) Next testing, did not fall for the "trained by" listings and hired an owner that found it all, because he spotted the things that were there all along. It would have been nice to know then instead of waiting.... Plus there is no savings in hiring a "trained by" because the charges are the same. Could use that wasted cash for the present cleanup.

I have bought, lived in and sold several renovated homes and have never run into such an incompetent inspector. My home was inspected for the buyer and this inspector said in the report that there was a roll of paper towel supporting the toilet tank. At least I found the lost roll of paper towel when I was cleaning the bathroom from a couple of weeks ago and was not being used to support the tank he didn't even test the tank to see if that was the issue. He mentioned the lead paint and because my house was built prior to 1976 (should be 1978) and a lead paint specialist should come in to check the walls......I took my house down to the studs in renovating in which he knew and all my COO's were in place 2016 and so much more was said in the report that was irrelevant. He lacks all skills he kept saying get a professional I thought he was the professional. Never have I ever encountered an inspector with such incompetence that he advised seeking the advice of a professional on everything he inspected. It shows his lack of competency. DO NOT USE HIM
