Just had creative pro's out to start up our sprinkler system today. Prior to the appointment we…read morethought there was an issue with our transformer to the sprinkler controller (electrician told us this was an issue and needed to be replaced). They arrived on time to their time window which I appreciate and immediately told me there's no issue with our controller which many companies would have probably just replaced to make the money...their honesty was very much appreciated! There were a few issues with different sprinkler heads etc. but they quickly repaired them. The price was reasonable. They were fast at first, but once the cleanup ended, the "reconstruction" phase became a nightmare. The Trap: They demanded a 70% deposit before they would even give me a quote, a timeline, or a walkthrough. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.
