Minni and Scott came out to our house and have done a wonderful job so far. They are very friendly and have explained everything that will be happening for us. We are happy to say we will be dealing with them through this whole process. Milton, Will, and DJ are wonderful as well. DJ explained everything to us in detail and did an excellent job with following up with the insurance company with evidence of the damages. Milton and Will also did a great job with disassembling everything in one piece and they were very precise. They even cleaned up before leaving, which I really appreciated. The next day Cesar, Carlos, and their team came out and did a very fast follow-up and sprayed the chemical again to make sure there was no more secondary growth. Cesar even took extra time answering all my questions and I really appreciated that. However the only bad thing is that they send out different crews every time so you are dealing with different people every time. Servpro professionals are excellent and they deeply care what you are going through. They even take extra time to explain everything to you in detail so you know what is going on and what needs to happen next.

They took em all for $3 a can and they didn't make me empty them compared to my trash company who won't take 'em all and wants 'em empty. The other thing that's happening is my trash company won't recycle glass (beer empties). So I'm gonna use them for glass too. Easy to get to (Castleberry to Tolbert). Nice people and a nice, safe, clean environment.

This company was hired by a plumber who flooded me from an upstairs unit. They had the scope and they had an opportunity to tell their client (the plumber) that they didn't have enough space and needed a packout. Instead they chose to move forward with the project and did terrible work. The work in the picture is what they did and never once did they tell me that it wasn't up to their standards. I have not threatened them. I've told the plumber that the work was unacceptable and that they need to get it fixed or be sued. I've also told ECS that I would share examples of their work with the public. The reality is that many times insurance and liable parties don't want to pay what it will cost to get work done warning everyone that ECS may take the job anyways and then leave you with a mess as they did me. Furthermore, their staff openly admitted to me and complained to one another that they didn't have the skills to do the drywall or the electrical work. companies who take cheap contracts often have under skilled laborers and the result will be poor execution. This is a standard example of that. Consider yourself warned.

Since I've had my demise in my home last month due to water damage, I was kind of reluctant to try…read morethese people out. However it was a surprise to me. Water got all on my furniture and it's real leather and I thought for sure it would have to be replaced by the insurance company. They came and checked it out, there was no mold at all on glance. The lady told me I would have saw it within 72 hours if there was some. So they also did a Q-tip test on each piece of furniture deep down inside of the cracks to be sure there was no mold at all. I came out good. The solution they used got everything off of my furniture and had it looking like new. I was very pleased. They also steam cleaned the rugs that were on my hardwood flooring. I must say, they did one hell of a job. The insurance company paid them directly so I didn't have to worry about any of that.
