Emir said he would return to repair the work correctly once the rain stopped and everything was dry; he even took ownership of the faulty work. However, it's been two days. He said he would come but hasn't come or called. I am agitated. I understand scheduling conflicts; what I don't understand is not communicating and scheduling me accordingly so I can get this repair done. I don't do people wrong, and I don't dishonor people.
