The cottage is about five years old and it had no stuff in it, in other words completely empty, nothing on shelves, drawers, no pictures on walls, etc. Servepro was paid $800 for 16 hours of cleaning labor. They sent two guys for eight hours. They did an excellent job of vacuuming, but that was about all they did. They did not mop the floors or wash the woodwork. They did clean the top of the stove, but not the inside, and not the drawer. They cleaned the inside of the refrigerator because I mentioned it to them, but the outside was still dirty. There was a lot of dirt left on the windowsills and as I mentioned, all the woodwork and floors. They didn't touch the bathroom. The kicker was they peed in the toilet and left it there for us to find. Probably the worst thing they did was they used citrus cleaner everywhere but did not rinse it with water, they just left the soap right on the surface. The entire place stinks like cleaning product a week and a half later in spite of a day with all the windows and doors left open to air it out. I think they just sprayed it to make it seem like they washed, which they did not. I'm not posting any photos because I cleaned it after they left, as we needed it to be ready for guests.
