Richard was incredibly patient and good at answering all my questions. He responded quickly to my texts and calls. He was flexible around my schedule. Two things impressed me the most: 1) Quality if the containment--I went in after the after the air clearance test passed, and EVERYTHING was covered, neatly taped, protective layer and plastic over the floor. 2) Cleanliness when done--the 50 year old framing looked like new boards!!
